You can't really predict when more or less bitrate will be needed since everything is rendering in realtime and being viewed immediately, and streaming services only give you a limited budget of their bandwidth so a couple streamers with insane whale PCs and Google Fiber don't hog it all and slow their servers to a crawl. Sending a consistent amount of data to the server creates a consistently-performing stream. The difference between CQP and VBR (Variable Bit Rate) in the simplest possible terms, is that VBR asks you to set a maximum bandwidth (filesize per second of video) and does its best to adjust the bit rate from moment to moment so that less data is used when less is needed so more is available when more is needed, *without* exceeding the set bit rate in total. The way digital video compression works is that each frame after the first only tells the player which pixels need to be updated starting with the ones that changed the most. When it hits the limit of how many bits are allowed to be transmitted in one frame, there's an algorithm to determine whether to leave pixels that have changed less on their previous value or copy the color value from another pixel that was changed on the same frame. This is how you get artifacting and that blurry, blocky effect you see when there are tons of high-contrast particles flying around. The video can only define so many new colors per frame, so it smears the same color over a wider area to save data. CQP just asks for a number from 0 (no compression = video files larger than Call of Duty installs) to 30 (max compression) representing the level of detail you want and uses only as much data as is necessary to meet that level's requirements without wasting gigs of storage updating pixels that haven't changed enough to be perceived. Having no bitrate cap is GREAT for making video look like you're watching a replay in-game, but TERRIBLE for storage, streaming, and RUclips in the old days, when they didn't have the ludicrous server capacity they do now. Since CQP doesn't clamp the bitrate like CBR/VBR, it will constantly go over Twitch or RUclips's streaming caps and cause frame drops and lag. But since OBS can use one settings profile for stream output and another for local file output and handle the threading to run both simultaneously... you should really be recording in CQP.

Finally made it to purple ranks with the execution-heavy Mr. Excellent, Lee Chaolan. Though I must say, he still needs some tuning. For example, why doesn‘t he have a safe (mid) Heat Smash in Hitman stance? They could incorporate his Rage Drive from Tekken 7 or something. Others have busted Heat Smashes too, for example King, who could still mix you up on block, and Jun who heals her chip damage, even if the Heat Smash is blocked! Why doesn’t he have sidestep moves anymore? Could they make uf4 from Hitman a counterhit launcher again? I know it‘s already +13, up to +16 if it somehow hits meaty, but it doesn‘t matter if it hits on counter or not. Acid Rain (1, 3:3:3) *has* to jail the opponent after blocking the second hit. These are some of my opinions on how to improve Lee for the future, maybe you guys have some more!
Only thing I agree on are the removed SS attacks. Everything else not so much. Lee doesn’t have the best heat smash, but doesn’t need to either. He gets a free guaranteed 1,3,3,3 in heat up to four times, and that’s an i10 punisher that absolutely NOT jail, it’s a skill move not a spam move. And I find with Lee’s new ff2, he doesn’t need to have a CH launching HMS uf4, it’s a better move anyway, only downside is that it’s a high. Lee isn’t busted like some others are, so it’s easy to see where he lacks. But he’s good at what he does, which is poking and counter hitting. He does need a little love, but not much right now. Too early to tel

So tired about ppl complaining about victor.. he is a whif punish zone mix up character as most of his stance is negative the only way he can mix up is to play range make you do a hard read 1of6 and punish or catching you press or whiff . Contrary to a string mix player that has just 50/50 and is plus on strings like xiaou or Leo . No victor should be getting away with mashing mix ups in ur face he can be interrupted in alll of his transitions
