Everything is different for this game; the background music, color, sound, and the movement stutters. It was different for 'Donkey Kong Jr.' Even 'Ice Climber' was different.
I am confused. Do you mean that the color palette was hard wired into the motherboard of the video game? So Pac mam is going to look this bad if it were copied onto this motherboard? This looks like the game motherboard has a fixed number of specific colors.
@@ahrichards5241 Basically... the difference is that Namco made Galaxian while Konami made Frogger, Amidar, Scramble and Turtles, which all seem to rely on the same or at least similar hardware, but not all use the scrolling capabilities of that hardware. In this case, it seems to be most similar to Turtles, actually, because they took over some of the programming of the sound CPU, in that this variant of Donkey Kong actually uses some of the sounds and melodies you can also hear in Turtles.
Looks like "Crazy Kong" is shitting out the barrels.
The gameplay looks really smooth
I wonder what the bootleg scene was like back in 1981--when there was no internet community for this kind of thing.
We had BBS.. thats where you went to exchange game code
Great score, man, wish somebody in Youngstown, Ohio would go high 681,500+ on the hardware version of Crazy Kong version.

Why is Yankee Doodle playing?
because they couldn't get enter sandman
This is also Frogger hardware
@Electro Gamer 322 Well they're both basically just Galaxian hardware with 2 Z80 CPUs for better sound quality

適当なビープ音と毒々しい配色、コングが動かないなどチープさが全開で逆に親近感がわく。
Intimacy? 😂😂
