I am now convinced she's a girl that died and carries the blood of Innocent deers she killed in WW2, and now has been sent to her own Deer themed purgatory. Hell, makes as much Sense as any other explanation attempt

The censors version took away a lot of the goriness and blood of the original however most people that only saw the censored one can’t believe it was even more gorier than that.
The author of jojo, araki hirohiko was inspired by the hokuto no ken artstyle. However, as JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure progressed, Araki’s style evolved and became more unique and distinct, moving away from the influence of Hokuto no Ken.
