    Because it is comprehensive, it is able to exercise the entire body, without isolating a particular musculature, thus working on several physical valences necessary to optimize the performance of athletes, in addition to preventing muscle and joint injuries.
    It is important that you guide your athletes to perform the movements correctly, correcting body posture so that the exercise is efficient.
    In functional football training we can train strength, balance, agility, posture, power and proprioception.
