Wow that's one of the best instructional videos I have seen for a power tool. Thank you!

I have (2) Kobalt 80-volt 18" Bar Chainsaws and use (2) 5 AH Batteries. I’m 79 and love NO more having to pull a cord to start a gas-powered chainsaw. My first 80-volt 18" Bar Chain saw with a 5-AH Battery and charger was $400 in Jul 2021. - I use them on our Southeast LA farm of 18 acres of tall large pine trees that were devastated by a Hurricane and tornado. On 10 acres of the property, nearly all the trees are down or dead. My chainsaws have been working great and cutting huge logs and trees and logs up to 20"+ and it works great. As 0f July 2024 you can still order 80 volt Kobalt Chainsaw through LOWES online. I'm even looking at replacing the 18" with the Oregon 20" bar and chain for my KOBALT 80 volt chainsaw. I also use the 80-volt 10” Pole saw, lawnmower, and Leaf Blower.

Appreciate the video, most are reviews and don't offer many tips. This is very helpful.

Do you have gas chainsaws? We only have petrol and battery? We don't have gas tools at all except pneumatic.

Yes, we have gas, battery operated, and corded chainsaws.

Yes, gas is short for gasoline, the American word for petrol.

I wouldn't use a EGO product, one of their product broke. They sent me to a repar service place. Once I was there, they did not work with EGO product anymore. But it was EGO that sent me there, nothing to do. THen they sent me 1h drive away. It took about 6-7 month to get my mower back. It was not my mower but a mower. That is garbage brand to me.

With my lack of coordination and leg protection, my chances of using a chainsaw and walking away are marginal. That guy is so muscular and handsome that if he has even marginal acting skills, he needs to get himself to Hollywood.

Now let's take a look at the cons of a battery saw, lack of power, short run time. Literally the reason for buying a decent saw.

Step one. Dont buy a battery operated on.
