Yes same problem. We can't change our house, & can't give the same adhaar to new home meter. Full of confusion in meters.. still if we change the home, the new member who comes to this house have to use meter with our adhaar & if we don't pay excess amount, then our adhaar will be fined maybe.. very risk.
