It’s almost as effective as the stealth m5 missile launcher
Plant c4, walk around building, blow c4, enter opposite. Distractions are stealth
It’s great playing like this until you have to fight a giant mirelurk queen. Then you snap out of it and realise it’s still fallout 4 lol.
This is why something like Better Locational Damage is a freaking godsend.
One of the few cases where you die easily (but so is the enemy) and having a Ground Branch-like gunplay (through mods like the mentioned) is the better experience.
You just snap out of stealth mode and explode that mirelurk queen to the sky!!….than its back to stealth mode..😂😂

The creative use of explosives reminded me a lot of StealthGamerBR, nice vid.
This just illustrates that all thats really needed for F4 to be an action game is to avoid spending 95% of your time rummaging through containers or organizing your inventory.
Well that and the fact it obviously functions like an RPG, exemplified when you're fighting larger enemies
@@GuardDog42 I did a 5 min run through an area with super mutants without stopping to search every damn container and it was so much more fun. Then of course i spent 10 minutes backtracking through all the containers and corpses and another 10 mins dumping and organizing my stuff... Woo i guess.
Make a mod where you start with a bunch of items but they have to last your entire run and you don't get to pick up anything along the way
@@georgeefesopoulos4092 Honestly just ignoring the settlement system completely would solve most of the issue, 90% of this crap I only need for throwing in the workbench. I dont really need 15 really good weapons and all this ammo chems and prewar radioactive food.

I cleared out the Gunner Plaza with a suppressed CS5 and a Chinese Stealth Suit and man, I had NO idea what I was missing out on. Stealth in FO4 is incredibly fun
I've been trying to do a flawless run like this against the triggermen down in the subway vault but it's so hard trying to manipulate the slight random changes every time I restart 😂
It's gameplay like this that makes me wanna pick the controller back up 🔥
I also do this in USAF Satellite Station Olivia, simply because I always want to farm the wounding gun from the legendary radroach at last room (this roach only exist the only once after the reset post Ack Ack gone). I always do this in every fallout 4 early runs.
I sweep everything each of them with one bullet, out of muscle memories by now.

at 2:00 when you dropped the two raiders, you turned your back to an open door without further inspection, one way ticket to a classic blunder in a well made stealth game. Great video though, and most of it feels very well done!
Yup, my VATS Deliverer stealth build do this, always. Tens of bullets per VATS session will erase three of them.
When you want something flashy after hundreds hours stealthiness, you will start making other run with build such as laser trio Gatling build complete with Codsworth with double Gatling laser in his hands, and reverse stealing Travis with laser Gatling.

Well done. I have never played this series. The stealth play looks fun.
You should give a try. My favourite build/playstyle in this game (or Bethesda games in general) is Stealth/Sneak build with Sniper + Pistol and the way the Perks work (especially sneak damage multiplier) is really fun and rewarding
you have to fully modded first if you want same experience like this content. Otherwise is just basic stealth play
Great vid, chief. Been thinking of getting back into Fallout 4, with a heavy assortment of mods in tow. My idea of stealth in the vanilla game is just using the Railroad PPK (been a while, can’t remember the name) as well as the silenced AK. The one that increases damage with each consecutive hit. The two together are completely OP.

vanilla stealth to me is shadowed leather armor, deliverer, syringer, hallucigen grenades, cryo mines, gauss rifle, blitz perk, ninja perk, sneak perk obv, pickmans blade, a silenced ar, silenced 10mm autopistol, a chinese officer sword, later in the game marine wetsuit, earlier on brotherhood officer uniform, and tinker toms special. however, with mods i use chinese stealth armor, a variety of katanas, a bowie knife, an hk usp 45, an xm2010, c4 reverse pickpocketed to turn raiders into suicide bombers, and smoke grenades.

Popped in to say I’m playing Fallout 3 now lol, after B lining to operation anchorage and getting the indestructible winterized armours and the Chinese stealth suit I am now in the Pitt tearing shit apart instead of struggling to find ammo for the little revolver XD, THANK YOU

That pistol reload is buttery smooth.
It’s clear that you can go through the entire map with one such pistol, but it was interesting to watch.

There are so many HK USP mods, but havent found one that holds the pistol with both thumbs forward like his, does anyone know if hes running a mod for that or if there is a particular USP mod?
Trying to find mods that just work normally is almost impossible without trial and error. It doesn’t seem anyone actually wants to take the time to make a comprehensive list outside of some niche communities you won’t find without accidentally stumbling into. The algorithm has a really hard time when I search up anything regarding mods, I couldn’t even find anything for the creation club that would tell me which missions were associated with the enclave. I only wanted those and I couldn’t find anything but a massive list of all of the creation club quests.
Best I can come up with when looking, the more likes, usually the better
@DS-wl5pk Yeah, I understand the more likes part. But people usually don't focus on the things I do, people love mods where the character holds the pistol with a tea cup grip and I like thongs more realistic.
