Hi! Thank You so much for this instruction. The service manual is not precise and does not mention anything about keeping the right angle.. Your video helped me a lot. Thanks again.
Hi.I just repaired the gasoline surface to 6.9 millimeters accurately and the bike came in order, circling through the lap area without jerking. Probably already factory adjusted too up
Hi. Great video thank you. The carbs your working on, are they off the 600 or 900. I also have a strange problem. The RF won't run on 4 cylinders when on the sidestand. I've replaced the fuel pump. If I tilt the bike over the other way then it runs on all 4. Thank you.
@@bobmorrell5445 thank you for getting back to me. Your a star. I did have to square my floats up. I noticed the right hand float on each carb sat higher. The floats did catch the side. I have corrected all this now. When I bought the bike ( £300) the guy said it was sluggish. It ran on 3 but that was because the carbs were full of debri and number one needle was wedged in the tube. All nice and clean now. With a new gasket set and float valve. I've never worked on these carbs before but your videos were s big help. I usually do gsxr carbs. I will give it's run later. Thanks again
The one point that was not mentioned and pretty inmportant.... the spings SHOULD be stong enough to HOLD the floats... so if it can compress them.... REPLACE the needles... THATS all....

RF600 and RF900 carbs are the same. Check your floats are square within the float bowl and not fowling to prevent them move freely.
