You’re exactly right - the panoramic mode is just a mask, but still fun. Great images! I gave one of these away on my channel last week. Solid performer!
I worked in a very high end condo as a security guard and found my stylus epic dlx among a pile of discarded electronics in the parking garage. I finally bought a battery to see if it works. Seems to be in perfectly fine condition; I think whoever threw it out just thought it was obsolete or not worth the effort to sell it. Between that, a first edition, sixth printing of In Cold Blood and a bunch of other great books, I've found a lot a treasure in wealthy people's trash. n_n
I found one of these years ago at my dad's and he let me take it - I think I'm gonna go pick up some film this week and start a roll for this summer. thanks for the video, cheers!
I just bought one of these for $2.50 with a really right stuff tripod as a bonus in a dingy bookstore. Seller thought it was a cleaning brush and the tripod was its handle! Joking aside I just sold one of these I owned from 25 years ago for $400 on ebay.
Thanks, man! I'm still rusty at putting these together in a timely fashion. I've been working overnights on set for most of December and I just got back home a day before Christmas...so as you may have been able to tell I'm looking somewhat exhausted and spent. Have any suggestions for a future video you'd like to watch?
That low light mode works best with 400 or hire ISO films when hand holding. I've had good results hand holding the heavy Minolta Freedom Zoom 70 in this mode.
Hi, this might be a dumb question, but how did you manage to transfer film camera photos to your computer? They are of very good quality, doesnt seem like you took a picture of the fizical photo by your phone.. did you scan them? Many thanks for the help!
Nice video, it’s very helpful, I just found one at a thrift shop in Atlanta, GA. for (4) quarters. Yeah I’m shocked too, it came in the original box with two rolls 200 iso film. Talk about a great deal..!
Today I buy one at a thrift store for 2 euros, and looks and works like new. Do you know when you press the shutter button half way to focus that you can change your frame angle and then shoot without changes the focus? Thanks for your information about the camera and nice to follow you. Greetings from the Netherlands.
quick question dude, are you able to fire your shutter with no film in the camera? I just picked one of these up for $5, worried it's broken and don't want to risk film. It's flashing E and won't fire the shutter. thanks man!
Jonny Micay hey, Jonny! Yes you can fire the shutter WITHOUT a roll inside...at least my DLX version does. Which version did you get? Some of them may be programmed not to fire, but I’m not totally sure. I fire mine without film loaded around the 2:20 mark, for reference.
Mine is mju II and it has an issue that these cameras use to have , it fires without flash , the lens stays all.the way out and never gos.back unless I move a little.the slice door , do you know any way to fix it ?
My mom used to use this camera daily when I was young. Luckily we found it! Excited to use it!

LOVE this littlle beast. Found mine at a garage sale for $1 Canadian.
Dude! So lucky! Congrats on the find 👌🏻👌🏻
Picked one up today for 2.59 Canadian

Found this for 10 dollars brand new in the box hidden in a bottom shelf. Love this gem and will keep it forever lol.

Trenton Michael I just love the shots you take. So maybe more shoot videos. But I’m happy to see anything!!
Found a MJU II at a thrift store for $2!
Major corona elbow bump to you. That’s gotta be a record
Love the videos! I came from the Contax t3 video to see your take on the stylus epic, very good content 😎
Hey, thanks a lot! I’m seriously considering selling my T3 just because it is so close to the Stylus...but that’s a hard breakup

Where in atl can I ask? I never can find cameras in atl
Love mine. I have the Limited Anniversary limited to 20,000. Best travel camera ever! Came out right when digital cameras started to ruin quality 🥰😍
Love it! Keep a tight hold on that edition!

Really? That is awesome! Thanks for sharing!
Okay, i have a Stylus Epic non-deluxe model, but mine has the quartz date? I dont have the panorama mode tho, which is useless anyways
do you always use the flash in taking pictures?
Has anyone ran into an issue where this camera thinks it's loaded with film when its not? When its empty it shows 26 shots. Thanks in advance!
What film did you use for the shots at the end?
Hey, Shelby! The shots at the end were a mixture of Cinestill and Pro Image 100
Wait.... I thought you said the Contax T3 was the best....
Ptah Hotep noooooooooo! One of the best.

@@TrentonMichael Version is DLX . I guess something is off with mine :(
Jonny Micay I hope not, man! That’s a steal for $5.

Are you testing it with the film door open? These cameras won't let you do that.
How can I change the date?
Just found one in a biggggg grab bag full of 20 cameras total for $40 bucks at a thrift store
what film was used in the beginning of the video?
A mix of Portra 400 and Proimage100
Trenton Michael thank you!
Yo dude i got ine for free. Purchased a fuji xpro 1 and the guy just threw it in with some extra film!
