    Congratulations on getting a job in your dream hospital 🎉. I am CNA at the PCU in Orlando. I love the variety of things I see day to day, so I think is perfect that you get residency there and then can try different feloships. I am working on my prerequisites to apply for the nursing program good to see you made it. Good luck on your NCLEX.

      Wow!!!! congrats and thanks for the encouragement words for all the people who have not take the NCLEX yet. yes, it is a crazy test for sure. I also used Mrs ELISABETH HELEN review material's. - I studied for 1 week and my test shut off at question 78. I cried too when I got my results. PASS

      After using uworld twice and failing, I never knew i could ever pass the NCLEX but today I am very happy, I just passed my NCLEX on my third attempt with a great help from Mrs ELISABETH HELEN. 🤗🙏

      Really, you'll know her Too? I even thought I was the only one she has helped walk through the fears and falls of NCLEX Exam, Mrs ELISABETH has brought me out of the trenches and to a better living, I encourage repeat test taker to work with her.

      Thanks to my friend that introduce me to her last week. Am happy the way she process her materials and how you will prepare yourself too for your coming exams. Even with the New update That’s coming up soon, She gave me me a clue of how the exam might come up for me and how I need to study Incase I schedule my test any time.

      ahhh how do you like the ER so far? im stuck choosing between nicu and er!! Can I ask what state youre working in?

      @@Nisha-pw2cp Omg it’s super busy (As you might already know😩😩) … I started my program in April and I’m in California. Luckily I just transitioned to night shifts and honestly the flow on nights are way better for a new grad because at a certain point it gets slower and I can actually dive into my patients charts and look up things that I might not know and also my preceptor and I can talk about processes and procedures and the (Whys) which is super helpful.
      My program is 6 months of training so I’ll be done in October which I feel I’ll be ready. Good luck to you! I heard NICU is a good unit also … just depends on if you want babies more or adults

    Congratulations on the start of your career. I’m an old retired nurse and had good and bad days but will always encourage people to go into nursing. You’ll get to meet so many wonderful and not so wonderful people. Nursing is never boring and can be hard work. Good Luck.

    Also Archer review is the best for high yield content review (the surepass program) and UWORLd is the best for questions. You will pass the NCLEx with flying colors with those two. If I had the money, I would have gotten HURST review, that one also prepares very well for NCLEX and is very challenging. I am sure by now you have it all figured out. Good luck! You seem really smart

    I stopped going to nurse residency for my hospital. All we talked about was our feelings and things we see it work. They also wanted us to do a EBP presentation at the end. Lol it was a waste of time....

      How long after starting the residency did you stop? And were you able to get hired without a residency?

    • @DomBogey94
      @DomBogey94 Год назад

      @@bpurplemoon so I was already hired in then I started nurse residency classes. And I stopped after my 3rd class because it was a literal waste of time. Some hospitals really enforce it and you can lose your job if you dont do it but luckily my manager didnt care.
