Her focus is on sale of houses etc, there might need to be a level of seriousness and also she needs to know what she is searching for. I don’t think she might do for a small scale of one individual as the case might be. In your case, with your budget- what you might get is someone with an existing lease who needs a flat mate or roommate.

Start asking around- groups etc. In this case, this will not be a Realtors job , it is more of referral from friends , groups etc . You can join relevant groups on Telegram and WhatsApp and start searching. I have heard a lot of success stories
@@TomiAdenuga yes really crazy, it’s so pricey and it takes over a month to get a house here and you can’t even apply from Nigeria, you must be in country to meet with the landlord to be considered.

Does she help with Hamilton area for a range of 1000-1200 or she only deals with high end?
There is even no range of that amount in Ontario maybe except for Room Sharing (you might have to find that out yourself)
