No, it is not. It is a summary of your Driving Experience from your Home Country, with it, you can skip some of the road tests and go striaght to the final road test

So you go use OSAP MONEY 💰 GO BUY CAR...? ANSWER US.
As you buy the car... you forget to inform them that dem go get car insurance before driving that very car... and the car insurance is very expensive because you dont have driving history... (but it can be tackle in another of if you know)

OSAP Money can be used to foot any bill or household demands - Rent, Auto , monthly bills etc. It is expressly stated on the website. Expensive is relative. I pay $275 for my Insurance monthly because I have a full license and based on my location. I am new in Canada and yes this is what I pay.
