Here on Guam we catch those small fishes that you’re using for bait and we make fish keleguen with it (we call it tiao and we scale it with our fingers and gut it and take out the gills and then flatten them out then put lemon , salt , vinegar and hot pepper and let it sit for 30 minutes in the ice box) it’s pretty tasty
