The combination of whatever turbine AR it is to the Motordyne sounds crisp, if that doesn't sound too stupid. Been watching for years, ever since the supercharged g35 ripping video I’ve wanted to build my g. Had it for 4 years all I’ve done is replace 2 rev ups into my third, DE. What’s your advice on makin my g faster. Should I get a supercharger kit and run it on my stock DE. And in the meantime buy any other DE to build internally ? For when the supercharger setup blows? Any advice
@@nitish21 first one developed rod knock I was 16 (4 years ago) and drove a whole summer without looking at the oil. It started knocking and I replaced it with a rev up with 150k miles. Shortly after, only 1 oil change done on the new engine, and that one started rod knock as well. My third replacement was a DE. And it was the best decision ever, burns no oil, got it with 50k miles, and I’ve had it for 2 years now never had any issues. I fell in love with DE Motors especially paired up with my Motordyne exhausts. I now know that rev ups are more likely to get rod knock I went through 2. And have a DE that I beat everyday for 2 years and get no issues. So that is why I went through stock motors so quick. I’m now 20 and a diesel tech, I have learned so much and know 1000 times more about cars/trucks/trailers, than I did when I was 16

I currently have a factory 3.5 final drive but previously used to run the 3.3 final drive when I had the older cams with the beefier mid range. Also have option to go to a 3.69 FD from a g37. If you're asking about the tranny gear ratios you can google and get them pretty easily
@@andrewruiz4154 this setup is only for a single turbo car if you're NA you can grab the Motordyne Shockwave tdx2 exhaust with art pipes, from either JM auto racing or some other vendors. If you want sound clips I used to have that setup in my very old videos and @mannnyvq is running it now as well.
I used to when I got it in 2011 was my daily for like 8 years. And it was the absolute best car for the money back then, there wasn't even a close second

Why are you blowing motors something is clearly wrong. Vqs are usually super reliable. I also wouldn't boost it if you keep blowing them stock

What rod bolts did you use to be so comfortable with 8k? I guess arp 625+?
It was just arp2000 main think for 8k is the upgraded valve springs and retainers and a billet oil pump gear
