This just solved our problem. We had our new Miele fridge on for 6 hours and couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t getting cold, it was on demo mode. Thanks so much.
I have this fridge, but the display bar isn't working at all. No icons lighting up. Is there a way to turn it back on or is it broken? It's functioning normally but i can't change anything.
What is DEMO mode ? I have a miele mastercool freezer , its 3 weeks that its not working , its not going to -18 , the technicians did every thing like changing the compressor coper pipes , charging the gas again ang changing the inverter board but its still kot working , please help 😭😭
Demo mode is for showroom purposes. It doesn't get cold, it doesn't make ice and the temperature alarm is disabled. If your fridge is getting even a little cold, it isn't on demo. I'm not sure what your fridges issue may be and I'm not a technician :(
