Loving the content PK, can you do a deep dive on your thoughts for the North Qld property Market? Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton etc? Also any insights on Rockingham WA?
PK, thinking of using some equity to buy another place, curious on how you think a townhouse in north Brisbane will go (anywhere from Taigum to Newmarket)
I'm definitely of the 'Not much more gas left in the tank' camp. Depending on location of course (mainly Brisbane). Perth on the other hand, many properties in Perth are 25% higher than... 2007.
@@damienlucifer5 I guess my view is the higher it HAS gone up, the lower it WILL go up. Well it's not based on much science that's for sure! And it's been a remarkable one and a half years. Ultimately it comes down to affordability, and who's coming along to push it higher.
@@AusPropertyMasteryWithPK we are hoping to escape Darwin in July for Townsy. It's a dam rip off here. Townsville is cheaper and not as hot! Really enjoyed this video given you considered regional qld and FNQ.
@@AusPropertyMasteryWithPK having lived here for 3.5 years either are we. Admittedly the best thing about this place is the Indigenous culture and being a short flight to SE Asia. Other than that, very remote and cost of living very high. There is no discount to the housing costs given its location.
@@AusPropertyMasteryWithPK Yes, after tax. Eg. 70k gross income is roughly 55k net income, 100k gross is 75k net. But I suppose it isn't possible to calculate net if the figures are household income.

Hey PK, what do you think of a flood safe investment house in Bundaberg ?
It’s important to stay clear of flood areas if buying there
Townsville!!! So affordable for first home buyers. More money to build a portfolio, Max super contributions and invest in shares.
Very affordable !

They are already quite popular in some areas
Is that 30% of gross or 30% of net income?
Just gross. What’s net income? After tax? ABS has no way to measure that..
