    Hey man, found your video to be super useful! I'm a big data guy myself, in your vid you mentioned avg growth for properties over time being 6-7% irrespective of capital city or regional.. where do you get this view from? Have been trying to find a tool that shows a growth trend over say 10-15 years or even longer.. would be awesome to get some insight!

    Hi PK, recently subscribed your channel and find it very informative. On your point regional might perform worse after covid....a lot depends on location still. What's your thoughts on lake Macquarie region as it's 30 mins from beautiful spots like caves beach and Swansea etc and not much oversupply there( another factor to consider) and lot of infrastructure from govt ex Cedar mill project in Morisset. Plus towards cooranbong it's still not that expensive compared to caves beach, so do you think ripple effect would kick in for lake Macquarie suburbs like Morisset, cooranbong etc and they are good long term investments?

    Very informative and practical channel . I’m very new in property investment and have been gathering lots of relevant info on your channel . I’m presently trying to get the data on vacancy rates in Perth suburbs but the closest I got was an unclear data on reiwa. Could you please share any useful link for vacancy rates and also what’s the difference between the property ownership type ‘being purchased vs fully owned’ ? Thanks once again .

    Great content as always. I agree with all of the point but number 4 is what I would align 100%. Covid induced inflation in regional markets may cause high financial damages to many, so I prefer to stick to capital cities for now. Anything that's just grown in last 1-2 years could be a risky bet.

    Thanks Pk for the great content like always😊, I guess the main issue I see these days is the very low rental yield specially in Sydney by increasing the property values which makes it unreasonable to invest.
    When do you think the rents will keep up with this rise in property values?
