PK I wish he had a microphone as I can’t hear him. Often all I can hear is mumbling. You really deserve to have your guests do everything they can to have a microphone and be more professional with your videos

How about purchasing which is categorised as flood zone, but it is in the middle of suburb where no near by canal or water sources... all around the zone are just houses and 5 to 8 mins walkable to shops. How this is valued?
