    34:36 - this part about getting the lifters to buy in and trust over time that you've their best interests at heart. This really does take time. The other day I told someone not to do a certain lift that day. They were disappointed. Another lifter popped up, "I've been here four years and I've never seen anyone get hurt following his advice. I've seen a few people get hurt ignoring his advice - outside the gym. But never hurt following his advice." But... four years. It takes time.
