There's a reason it's the number one seller. Safe, fuel efficient, enough room for average size people to be comfortable, good trunk space, maintenance costs are low and parts aren't expensive and they last practically forever with proper upkeep. You can't go wrong with a corolla.

A deer jumped out in front of me in my 19 corolla hatch doing 75mph on the turnpike. I managed to fully stop, pull over, and my car contacted the tow company for me. I had nothing but a small bruise where the buckle dug into my hip bone with the fast stop I made. I bought a 22 hatchback to replace it since it unfortunately got totaled. Ian Bungay Have you ever taken it on road trips across Europe though? I took a Yaris from England to Switzerland in 2011, and it broke down and I had to get a rental car. Then, I bought a golf gti performance, which was so good, it was the car that made me a car enthusiast, and I’ve still got it today, with an Audi s3 saloon that is tuned, and a Mazda mx5 with a rocketeer 3.0 v6 and a turbo kit fitted. I’ve also gotten a Prius C rental car in Japan on a trip, and it was terrible. 0-60 in 10 seconds, terrible hybrid engine, which, in fact does less mpg than a bmw 330e (I’ve owned one, it also does 0-60 in 6.3 seconds), terrible quality (it’s got brittle plastic), and the dullest car I’ve driven

If so, isn't this kind of dangerous, especially if the collision avoidance system activates on a road with snow or ice? I have the US spec 6-speed 2020 Corolla hatchback. The car handles bumps and corners so much better, high speed curves are amazing. Toyota really went all out with it's new platform. @@kylejm3438 No it's because of inertia - the car is moving, and then it stops moving. But, the windsheild wipers are still moving from when the car was moving. Because now the car has stopped and there is no space for the windsheild wipers, the windsheild wipers will move to the side. They would come off but they are attached to the car so yeah.
