I've been doing custom made spiral bound notebooks for years and I always bind them with black coils. The downside of coil-bound notebooks is that if you want to change things up you have to uncoil and recoil them.

I love using mine for work too! It's very professional! BUT with the EC touch but also like you said not the EC color. I'm using Frixion pens in mine! Colors for specific things.

Does anyone know what the official name for planners with these tabs are called? I have a planner(s)that has the tabs sticking out past the cover. The tabs are all bent out shape or torn now. I would love to try one with these “cutting out tabs” for the new year. Thanks!
