Lovely tutu.
I have an old Singer machine. I tried to make a tutu for the first time, but the stitches just tore the fabric, and were messy. Do you use any tension when doing the channel for the elastic?

Tutus are fun to make once you get the hang of them. I use very little tension. I set my machine at a 1. Hope that helps.
