This cop with a very low IQ , Apparently didn’t like that and basically made this guy out to be aggressive.
I’ve been pulled over for speeding and yes I was very much guilty (I like to speed).
Anyway I inform any law enforcement that pulls me over to cut out the small talk and write the citation and move on .
You do not have to answer or talk to the police or intake guard for that matter .
No means no and don’t ask me any questions applies to that as well .

Round 2 begins immediately after the arrest, where you have a chance to flex your rights and not incriminate yourself, and begin to prepare a defense, preferably with the help of a lawyer you've hired.
My point is that if you know you're in trouble, don't make it harder for yourself by adding more baggage to the battle that is already lopsided against you from the get go.

I had to visit that place on New Year’s Day due to me drinking to much alcohol. But lucky for me I was able to control myself when the police had me in cuffs. It wasn’t fun at all, but the process was allot easier. They will be nice to you if your nice to them and if you cooperate.
