The Sedona Method: How It Works

- Опубликовано: 13 окт 2024
- There are five ways to approach the process of releasing, and they all lead to the same result: liberating your natural ability to let go of any unwanted emotion on the spot, and allowing some of the suppressed energy in your subconscious to dissipate revealing your unlimited potential.
The first way is by choosing to let go of the unwanted feeling. The second way is to welcome the feeling, to allow the emotion just to be. The third way is to dive into the very core of the emotion. The fourth way is by dissolving the opposing polarities we all carry, and the fifth way is by seeing through the feeling to the effortless Awareness that is right behind it.

In 2 weeks after trying this, I let go of 40 years of pain and self hate.
Nice good job! Keep releasing. Any pointers?
Does work for chronic anxiety and depression..
Care to elaborate on that?
Makes sense to me. All the stories we put around this stuck energy… so much more exhausting then just letting it flow out.
Why would just let it go instead of solving the problem 😂
“Remember: Feelings are just feelings. They are not facts & they are not you! And you can let them go!” 🕊♥️♥️♥️
13 gentle and urgent reminders from your soul:
1. You're ALWAYS exactly where you are supposed to be
2. Self-esteem is measured by you (nobody else gets to decide your worth)
3. Get rid of fear: FOREVER
4. When things are tough, change the way you see things
5. Don't dwell on/in the past (come back to this present moment)
6. It's only temporary (all of it!)
7. You have what it takes
8. You don't need to change
9. Release your need for control
10. Accept. Allow. Breathe. Deep.
11. Remember where you came from
12. Remember that you are not alone (not ever!)
13. Remember who you are
Beautiful! ♥️✨🙌🏼

The Sedona Method changed my life profoundly, out of all the other techniques I'd tried throughout my life none have had the same effect. I've even started a RUclips channel discussing and sharing the Sedona Method.
Great..please share name of your youtube channel about Sedona Method
This method helped me at some of the darkest times in my life. It's such a fabulous simple method and works beautifully alone or with other healing methods. I highly recommend all of Hale Dwoskins work. It's all about deeply accepting yourself and where you are in order to release💕💕
check out the Lefkoe Method as well...I find The Sedona Method is meant mostly for feelings and emotions when maybe you can't pin point the source of the problem, whereas the Lefkoe Method can be used on specific events that occurred in your past. I have the entire CD that goes through eliminating 19 different negative beliefs we have about ourselves.
@@DavidSmith-tn9rm thank you for mentioning that method also. I just am finding out about this one & I appreciate knowing there are more methods of removal or letting go. Much gratitude. 🙏🏼 I just wrote it down.

@@Iam0410body energy let go with breathe
Follow exactly what he is saying. Don’t change a single thing. Results are evident. I can’t function in life without this
Thank u so much
Letting go of recurring thoughts and the feelings that arise is not the same for me at all. For one thing, once I drop an object, that object doesn’t jump back up into my hand and make me keep dropping it over and over. But my experience with thoughts is they come back over and over and over. The feelings in the body don’t go away quickly for me either. Now I do admit that if I am suddenly in a different situation that moves my attention, things can change quickly. But I admit I have not been able to manufacture that. I will keep it as an aspiration and forgive myself.
Dropping an object is only used as an analogy to point to what letting go is like. We get better and better at letting go as we continue to practice. Eventually the habits of the mind and the sensations in the body release fully and no longer have any charge.

That is only after processing the trauma that initiated The thoughts/feelings to achieve some resolution . Complex trauma lives in the brain /body.

Could I? if I could I would have
When? When I’m able… how do I get to that point?
Take a moment after you've answered any of the questions to see how you actually feel. If you don't feel more relaxed, more open, more in flow, then keep answering releasing questions. Sometimes it takes a bit of practice.
my so-called "best friend"

he raped and tortured my soul.
left me. without warning.
abandoned and betrayed me.
discarded me, like garbage, for another.
may he suffer for what he's done to me.

I have constant hyperventilating debilitating paralyzing panic attacks.
I'm being buried alive. 999-trillion layers of rage and grief suffocate me.

Salaam sir
When i use sedona method there bad thing happened to me i know sedona 2010
But not helping me alot can someone reply what this
Can you please say more about this so that a reply can be made that is helpful?
but what if you can't let go let's say you have chronic fatigue for years and it is always there how you can even let go of it if you are always tired
Letting go of feelings about fatigue can help with fatigue. And letting go of resistance to fatigue can help with fatigue. Have a look at the book and play around with the processes. Letting go doesn't require any energy once you know how to let go. www.sedona.com/programs/sedona-method-paperback.asp
how do we complicate things
By not accepting that letting go is a decision. We can let go instantly or progressively. We are in charge of the process, whatever works for us. Also we are in charge of our feelings, and we can choose to think differently in any moment. And that will change our lives.
Note: If someone is on a med such as a Benzodiazepine & for a long time, he/she may not have access to feelings or be in touch with his/her heart, making this far more difficult. If one has to come off of such a med for health reasons, that one will find, all their feelings coming back & with the ability to release trauma.
Actually people on those drugs can access feelings. They may not feel as strong as they would if the person wasn't taking those drugs. In fact, that's the point of those drugs. But yes, people can access feelings while on those drugs.
@@TheSedonaMethod not for me! I was so sedated my emotions had flat lined & it was like being the living dead. I was a shell of my former self! They are not helpful at all long term & the damage done to the Central Nervous System over 20-30 years should be a crime against humanity, because it is! There are very few MDs who know how to take people off these neurotoxins! Almost none! Except for the now passed Dr. C. Heather Ashton, Psychiatrist, Psychopharmacologist from the UK! At the end of her life, she questioned if any of these drugs were really helping anything or just doing damage! They act as neurotoxins over many years of use, for which, I now know, they were never intended! It’s a hell of an experience! It even makes it difficult to be put under anesthesia for an operation, depending on what is used! The only fun part of withdrawal, if one lives through it, is after the sensory overload, one can become hyper intuitive & experience messages & the ONENESS of all things for a time, which I wouldn’t trade...but the recovery has been hell! There’s very little support. And only those who are withdrawing are allowed & I have witnessed the hell of other’s withdrawals as well! It was great to feel emotions again & even to feel some bodily pain, which meant that poison was leaving my body! Long-term...these drugs can cause organ failure & early-onset Alzheimer’s. Buy that is denied, unless you know how the FDA works with pharma. (This info did come from prescribers of this Med & those who studied withdrawal in Canada with pharmacists & other professionals.)

Not completely true! Yes and no are not just words. Yes is an affirmation - no, a negation! ... that our subconscious absorbs as facts. :-)
Welcoming the answer no allows for it to release. Allowing the no to come up and release peels away anything that covers over the love and boundless beingness that we already are effortlessly and frees people up not to have to work so hard to be positive. In fact we discover that we don't have to work at all to be what we already are. www.sedona.com/programs/sedona-method-paperback.asp
@@TheSedonaMethod Why did you remove my answer???... Sorry, but you are playing with words. NO means NO. And, about your reply... (1) Do you know anyone who - apart of self-love - realy knows true Love. You?... (Please avoid lying.) (2) And, what your imaginary 'boundless beingness' concerns... do you know anyone who possesses it? You!? (Please avoid lying.) (3) What do you mean by 'to be what we already are'?... Don't you know people have several personalities and hundreds of subordinate little selves. No human being possesses 1 steadfast, unchanging self! No wonder, then, that one cannot keep a promise, even to oneself. In short: do you realise that you sprinkle sand in people's eyes?
Who is this Speaker?
Hale dwoskin
Then clearly trauma symptoms like intrusive thoughts, overwhelming feelings, (nightmares) and PTSD reactions are all a lie! People just choose to stay in pain, so therapy and therapists are obsolete because all we need is to ask ourselves are we willing to let it go or do we choose to be in pain. Wow, that's not insulting and over simplified at all.
It's true that letting go is central feature of TSM. There is a process of welcoming that allows for everything that needs resolution to come up and release. There is no bypassing of uncomfortable or difficult material like intrusive thoughts or overwhelming feelings, or nightmares or PTSD in TSM. It will go as deep and as far as one chooses to go.
You can *choose* to be insulted, if you have a victim mentality, or you can look at the solution offered and see if it will work for you. Some people prefer to hang on to their 'treasured wound' and the sympathy that accompanies it rather than heal. Your journey through life is guided by the choices you make, the places you put yourself, the people you surround yourself with. As a child you might have had to endure things but as an adult you can let that go and choose to live without the burden of rehashing the past. Trauma can be healed, but only if you're motivated to let it go and seek a different life
@@whatbringsmepeace thank-you!
