As a UK enthusiast, I think your Scandinavia trip will do a lot for your channel. I feel RUclips is understandably oversaturated with US theme parks and us Europeans love seeing Americans react to parks closer to home. (Look at how popular Coaster Studios’ latest series has been). I’m excited for you (and us!)
Joe, if you love seeing Americans react to parks in your region, check out the newest videos on our channel, GP Coasters. I’d love to hear your thoughts on our Alton Towers vlog in particular. ruclips.net/video/cVYsBAFHW0Q/видео.html
I can't want for you to visit Europe or even Asia those continents is full of new credits
Will this be the chance for Steel Vengance to be dethroned?
Cant wait for you to revisit my home park Canadas Wonderland! Looking forward to that vlog! I definitely reccomend you try out the new restaraunt Lazy Bear Lodge, the service is insanely quick and the food is good too.
Hi from Toronto. I can't wait for him to come too
I'm looking forward to that Astroworld documentary. I spent one day at that park in 2002, and it was such a great experience, especially since Frontier City was my previously largest park I had been to.
Busch Gardens Williamsburg also gave me a great day, and Tampa gave me 6 amazing days on 2 trips. My Hurricane Nicole day at Dollywood was so amazing, rain rides all day with no lines, easy to get good seats for shows. My 2 ACE days at Fiesta Texas were great, and Kennywood gave me one of my best park days ever.
See you on the @coastercrew trip!
on your hershey trip you gotta get back to six flags great adventure. the park looks so much nicer now & jersey devil is running better than ever!
❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥 for upcoming Astroworld doc. Spent the summer of 1997 working there making about 8 million Batman & Robin logos for the shops.
I love how you’ve made your coaster trips into bonding time with your family. My son is 8 months old and I can’t wait until I can share the joy of rides with him. We’re hoping to get him to Tokyo Disneyland before we move back to the US in August.
You get the joy of the constant measurements and unlocking new rides as he hits 36, 42, 48, and 54. Its exciting
We can't wait for you to experience your first overseas trip with us! Looking forward to those vlogs!
coastercrew.. darn...
We are still working out details with each park to make this an amazing (and packed) adventure, but you can expect 9 days full of some of the greatest parks in the area large and small along with ERT, tours, skip-the-line passes, plenty of food, and more!
Parks we are currently working with:
Bon-Bon Land
Bakken
Tivoli Gardens
Tivoli Friheden
Djurs Sommerland
Farup Sommerland
Tusenfyrd
Liseberg
Skara Sommerland
Kolmarden
Grona Lund
5:03 bro you could just see the smile on his face. So glad youre able to go overseas thats sick. Is it possible to sign up still XD
I think i grabbed the last spots but not sure
So pumped to hear your first European trip will be in my region of Scandinavia! Hope to say hi!
Sophie's going to love the Bull!
3:11 im so happy to see my home park at the top, im going again tommorow and im going to get my first POVs
I am also going to Scandinavia in June. Ill be riding my 500th rollerckaster at one of those parks
Amazing to hear that you're finally finding your way to europe🔥🙌🏼
So glad to hear you're heading out of the country. I really look forward to those videos
Yes!!! So glad that BGW was your top day. I feel completely spoiled that it my home park
Animal Kingdom is my favorite of the 4 parks too. Even though it has the least amount of rides and attractions. Can't wait to get back again hopefully near the end of this coming summer.
2023 suggestion. MEET N GREAT. Put in a 1hour at lunch to meet your fan and your fans to meet you. Blessings!
I’m excited for you to finally visit outside of North America!
Happy new year chris. happy for everything you do for this community, thanks for getting me into coasters!!
Happy new year!
I’m so happy to hear that you may make it back to Western New York this year. It would be nice if Darien Lake could add another coaster but at least Sophie would be able to get some more new credits.
Niagara Amusement Park & Splash World and MarineLand are near Niagara Falls if you have the time to check out those parks as well. MarineLand can be expensive however and unless you’re looking to ride Dragon Mountain it’s probably not worth it.
I have marineland and darien in the schedule but not Niagara...ill see if we have time. I did visit there in 2018 tho
My home park is Hersheypark and I too am psyched for Wildcat's Revenge!
You should do a documentary on Frontier City for a small park it was pretty influential to the modern day theme park. Deep history with that park and the theme park industry. enthuesiests don't realize about that park. A 65 year old park connected in it's past history with Over Texas, Disneyland and Silver Dollar City. Of Course it's connection to the rise and fall of Six Flags. Floors me why Six Flags wanted the park back in 2018.
See you at the coaster crew trip! Should be an amazing trip
I’m SO glad your Magic Mountain documentary has gotten some of the recognition it clearly deserves!
Have a great time in Scandinavia!!
So excited for you to go abroad, can't wait for the videos!
In 2024 you should go for a trip in the uk. Visit Alton towers for the best invert reopening after the retrack. Thorpe park for the 236 foot mack hyper coaster (probably the closest thing to an rmc t rex) Chessington for their new 2023 wing coaster, Drayton manor for the only intamin standup left and the only stand up with a zero g roll and their new 2024 thrill coaster. Blackpool pleasure beach for all their rides and flamingo land for the best SLC in the world.
I originally planned on doing the uk but didnt want to navigate around, so went with the guided trip
@@AirtimeThrills Well definitely go there in 2024 because if you went this year you would miss out massively. Next year so many things are opening up it's like 1994 all over again. And your trip wouldn't be worth it without nemesis
My favorite day was when I went to SeaWorld San Antonio. It was when I faced my fear and rode Tidal Surge. I now love swing rides.
Glad to hear you are planning to come to Canada's Wonderland. Bit late but Happy new year to you too.
I am stoked about the Scandanavia Trip!!! I enjoyed both of the 2022 Busch Garden park vids a ton! Happy new year
Happy for you bud! Here’s to another great year
Super pumped about the astroworld documentary! I was a season ticket member for years before it closed. Can’t wait to see it!
Wishing you and your family well in the coming year!
Thanks! You as well
I was planning a trip to Tivoli, Liseberg, and Tusenfryd. I figured out how to take trains to get to each and other places along the way to check out. The coaster crew trip seems epic, but part of me would miss doing some non-coaster things on such a tight itinerary. Cool trip idea though!
Not grona Lund??? Gotta try jetline very safe and fun🤥
You should be proud... Raising a future enthusiast
Happy new year Chris!! Looks like we'll get another year of AWESOME content! Really looking forward to it!
My highlight of 2022 was definitely my last-minute trip to Orlando in December. I'm from the Netherlands, and I've never been to the States. Managed to hit up SeaWorld, BGT, and both Universal parks.
Thanks for a great year Chris!!!
Airtime!! I’m going to Florida for the first time. I’m hitting Disney, islands of adventure and Busch gardens Tampa! El toro might get dethroned
As a Swedish viewer, this makes me really happy. I live in Gotheburg so my home park is Liseberg. I hope you will enjoy it there!
Happy new year!
If you come to Niagara Falls, I have connects with the helicopter that flies over it. The Falls is my hometown, I live 7mins away from The Falls themselves
If you’re going to Grona Lund. It had an accident a few weeks ago and shut down. I was there a few days before Jetline derailed
Yep, that's the last park on the trip. Looks like the park is reopen tho
Great to see that you're getting to Europe after all this time! I've been waiting to see this after Coaster Studios has been hitting all the big parks in Europe. Thanks for my first year of watching you!
I like Your Kings Island Documentary I can’t wait for astroworld!
So excited for Astroworld.
Can't wait for your Astroworld doc! I can't find a good one to watch!
Happy New Year to you and yours from Vancouver Canada
I actually take for granted that BGW is a couple miles from me. I'm about to listen to their new years fireworks. Lol. Congrats to a successful 2022 and even bigger things coming for 2023!
I am so happy you will be doing that big of a trip through Midwest and Scandinavia have fun and happy new year
You come to Colorado to ride Defiance and everything else in Glenwood Springs. And hit some mountain coasters. I know Elitch Gardens is here, but go Water World instead. Yes I am suggesting a water park over Elitch Gardens. And it’s drivable too since you’re in Oklahoma.
I was thinking possibly glenwood/lakeside/ elitch/silverwood for next year
I’ve always wanted to go out of North America so that should be fun
Astroworld sounds Ike a great new doc idea. With relatives in Houston, I went there many times in 90s/early 2000s. Looking forward to all your great content in 2023!
I’ll be on that coaster crew trip as well! I’ll see you there! Me and some friends are adding on Poland & Belgium after the end end of the Coaster Crew portions for even more rides!
Thats awesome. I wish i could extend it but i am pushing it as is
One day I went to Carowinds for 4 or 5 hours but it rained for like, 1 or 2 of those hours. Despite the rain, that day was the first time I ever rode a roller coaster and became interested in them.
Can't wait to see the Astroworld Documentary!! you always do a great job with your research to provide an in-depth history of the parks you feature in your documentaries. Here's to 2023!
Happy New year, and I'm excited to hear your thoughts on european coasters. My favorite coaster day was Kings Dominion. The park was only open for six hours, but Twisted Timbers and I305 were a walk on, and I305 had enough of a line to send out nearly full trains, which means that it is less trimmed in the second half. I ended up getting 20 rides on i305, and it became my number 1, and Twisted Timbers became my number 2.
It's great that you are going out of country on the Scandinavia tour! I am actually going on the ACE viking tour which covers similar areas!
Airtime Thrills Europe Trip is gonna go crazy
1 minute 20 ago
Hell yeah man! Seams like this year is gonna be a blast! Keep on keeping on! Can't wait to see the growth on this channel for next year!
Astroworld was my home park for years and years. I even got my very first credit there as a kid with Serpent! Super excited to see that documentary in the future and to hear about your Scandinavia trip!
Love your videos Chris, thanks for putting in the hard work and having high quality videos every time. Can't wait to see some videos from Europe.
I guess you'll be back at Kings Island again this year if you're going to make it to Stricker's Grove 😂 That place is like 20 minutes from my house.
I actually dont think ill have time for KI 😬
Finland has some great coasters too
I am really excited for more videos from europe. Just my two cents, I think a lot of people would appreciate if american coaster channels would be a little bit less culturally clueless when they travel abroad, not that you have been but I noticed with others and in their comment sections. Safe travels!
I will try not to be culturally clueless even though i will be
New video format is great!
Congrats on all the success. The last two park deep dives were great. Looking forward to the Astro World content - nice choice on a park that didn’t have such a happy ending. I’m sure there will be tons of interesting stuff to cover.
Great choice for a first European trip, Scandinavia as a whole is such a wonderful part of the world. Look forward to seeing the content!
Chirs you are an awesome man, you seem to be a phenomenal father to Sophie, she's very lucky. Ur content is so well done too. I'm amazed at how consistent you are with everything on the channel! Your videos are always great brother, well done. You seem like a genuinely good person, thanks for that, and also thanks for the always awesome videos, brethren. Farewell on the morrow. lolwtf
Going to Hershey Tommorow and even though there's only three coasters it's my first time, I'm a Six Flags America Home Parker
Awesome! Have a great time in Europe Chris! My favorite coaster day of this year was spending an incredibly hot day at Carowinds with my cousins where I experienced Fury for the first time
Astroworld!! Was not expecting that and can’t wait! SFMM and kings island docs were first rate.
Happy new year Chris! I hope your trips in 2023 go well!
I’m excited for your Astro world documentary. I really enjoyed Defunctland’s documentary of that park and getting your take as a coaster enthusiast will be a great addition to the conversation!
Yeah i figure i could offer more to the conversation since it would be full length not just 20 minutes or so
@@AirtimeThrills for sure! Looking forward to it
Jimmy & I from GP Coasters will be on the Norden Adventure as well, Chris. We’ve got all our travel planned and booked, including several parks before/after the Coaster Crew trip. Looking forward to catching some rides with you. Happy New Year and thanks as always for supporting our channel!
Thats awesome, where else are you going not on the schedule?
@@AirtimeThrills Tue 8/1 Parque Warner Madrid, Wed 8/2 Plopsaland De Panne, Thu 8/3 Walibi Holland, Mon 8/14 Energylandia (maybe Legendia, too), Tue 8/15 Holiday Park & Europa Park, Wed 8/16 Europa Park, Thu 8/17 Phantasialand. It’s gonna be EPIC!
@@gerikgooch our plan is Legendia/Energylandia on Aug 15th as well after the coaster crew portion!
@@gerikgooch boo no Efteling/Toverland. But well big trip nonetheless!
@@iekue I went to Toverland AND Efteling just a couple months back on my first European trip! Shot a vlog at Toverland, which should be coming soon on our channel GP Coasters. Check us out! I didn’t shoot at beautiful Efteling simply cause I didn’t have time. Great parks! LOVED the Halloween event at Toverland. The atmosphere was awesome!
We loved bgw so much we are going back again next year. Also we are going to Hershey park for first ever visit.
Busch gardens both parks are amazing, thankful for sea world platinum passes! The plan is to visit both next year.
Good luck with your channel in 2023
I hope you do a global list and a north American to 100 or a mixture of both! Excited to see what you do in 2023!
happy new year and I hope you will have a good 2023!
Welcome to Sweden!
I am SO excited for the Astro world doc and the Europe trip is going to be so intresting.
YESSS Astroworld!!!
Your Carowinds experience was similar to mine as I was able to get on every major coaster that was open (Nighthawk was down), ride some non-coasters, and get repeats on a couple of rides in about four hours. Also, trip #1 will have a bunch of new Sophie credits and it will be cool to ride the former Kanonen at its new home and then ride the ride that replaced it at Liseberg
Thanks for great content across the board this year. One of my favorite channels!
I’m sure you’re already aware I’m a huge fan of the channel! Keep doing what you do. One of my favorite moments of 2022 was being at Lost Island the day it opened! Never in my life have I done anything like that and I probably never will again. It’s got a slow start and only the SLC was open with a few small rides but to be in that gorgeous park on its first day was just an experience someone like me doesn’t normally get. I thought 2022 was great, I also made it out to the Midwest for the first time to go to Valleyfair, Michigan’s adventure, the mall of America, and as stated lost island. I also made it to Adventureland, and that was one of my favorite trips I’ve had in a decade. 2023 is looking up! I also hope to get to Canada this year and I am taking a big trip to New England for memorial day week.
I really wish i could have seen LI on its opening day but i couldn't make it the next weekend. Oh well...next year
Happy New Year to the best theme park RUclipsr on the web!! Hope you and your amazing family have a blessed new year
Southern Ontario Canada. Looking forward to what you think about NF and Yukon Striker. May I recommend WagJag for helping out with Niagara Falls? Works for my family. This AstroWorld doc will be top notch too.
If you go to Niagara Falls you should hit up niagara amusement park (aka revived fantasy island)
Happy New Year Chris! Excited for you to get to Scandinavia!
Can't wait for your upcoming videos this year. Keep it up man love your videos
Happy new year chris
Happy New Year! Actually looking forward to the Astroworld documentary.
Am looking forward to the Astroworld documentary. Grew up in Houston and was my home park. Miss that place.
Can’t wait for a whole new year of airtime thrills!
It was a really fun year watching your content. Thank you!
As for 2023 all the future announcements got me excited. Europe? Awesome. Astroworld doc? Yes please. Northeastlike/keystone america trip? Cant wait to see if anything changes in your opinions as well as sophie's thoughts while going through what I call the coaster capital area of the world.
YESS!! EUROPE TRIP BABYYYY
Super hyped for the Astroworld documentary! I went when I was 9 and it was a real blast!
Oooooo Astroworld documentary!! It’ll be interesting to see your take on one as both Defunctland and RampageingRex Productions have done very good docs on the park.
Yeah this one has been covered but this will be full length from birth to death so i hope it adds more to the conversation
Looks like you got some exciting plans for next year! I think the Astroworld documentary will be very interesting and should do well considering how well known the park name is.
I still don’t think I’m going to do it but admittedly after looking at the Scandinavia Trip I am at least exploring the option of doing that.
Suggestion: If you go to Niagara Falls, stop by Marine Land for Dragon Mountain.
That is the plan
