Just to note when I said I wont be doing meetups, I meant I wont be annoucing formal places to meet up where we form a group and ride stuff, since I'll always be there with the people I'm travelling with, but I'm more than happy to meet anyone who wants to come out the day I'm at any one of these parks. Didnt want that to sound as mean as it probably did. If you follow me on Instagram you'll get a more realtime idea of what day I'll be at each place

Don’t miss the SLC at Michigan’s Adventure! MI is my second home park and I’ve never gotten a bit of headbanging on it! It is my favorite SLC!

It was mainly for the northern midwest US but just kept expanding from there

Your Excel spreadsheet is long, complex and definitely took a lot of time to put together. I would be ok with a book to write in. I don't have one at the moment. I have not ridden that many rides in my nearly 30 years on Earth, but I do not remember when I first rode any of them. Some don't exist anymore, some I have ridden so many times I have lost count. If I had thought about keeping count as a kid, then I would have a more accurate idea of numbers and stats now. The fact that you can do so many parks and rides in a year [more than I have done in my life] I am definitely jealous. Enjoy yourself and don't worry about missing any posts.

I’m doing Texas in July for both Six Flags & Sea World. Then Florida for all parks except Disney. Not as many trips this year since we did Europe, Virginia, Georgia, and Carolinas last year

Wow that’s a big trip you got there
Tips for parks in the upper midwest: ride Wild Thing in the front for the views and air on the final hills, corkscrew is also silky smooth in the front. Most of the time this park actually does have 10 or 20 min lines so be prepared. Also don't build up too much excitement for Maxx Force as the launch is very similar to Stormrunners and make sure to try to get on it more than once, especially at night if possible.

I use Google Sheets for my cred list. The first page is all of my credits from A to Z. I keep track of the ride's name, the park, height, length, speed, drop height, number of inversions, year it opened, etc. After that each page is sorted by each manufacturer alphabetically. I also have pages for Defunct coasters, and Upcoming creds. Basically any ride that I could see myself getting on within 6ish months makes this list. The manufacturer that I've ridden the most rides from is B&M.

I also use excel to track my coaster counts. Pretty similar columns as you and I have added if the coaster is an ACE coaster and if it is closed or not. Excel is a great way to track coaster counts especially with everything a pivot table can do for you!
I do have a defunct column also, unfortunately its something i need to keep updating

In Minnesota if you’ve got time, there’s also a roller coaster at Como Town in St. Paul called Tiger Trax you could hit. It costs $5 to ride.
There might be some time between VF and Mall of America
well. at least you got to the big three new coasters. that’s crazy how Indiana beach went from one of the few parks in the country that wouldn’t open- to one of the few open in June.
So glad you’re doing Little Amerricka! I did that comfortably with Mt. Olympus in one day. (And if you’re doing that, strongly suggest you do Mt. O first. The park was empty at opening and totally slammed within 90 minutes.)

Airtime Thrills Saturday’s rough. But I think it’s do-able - more do-able than doing all the Jersey Shore parks on a Saturday! 😂
Anyway, both Wisconsin parks are definitely worth visiting, in very different ways - especially since we seem to be losing our unique parks one by one.

If I go to over texas it will probably be april 5, but that TX trip is still up in the air. When I said i wasnt doing meetups I meant like nothing formal where we form a big group to ride all day, I'm more than happy to meet people at these parks

I can kind of confirm that Iron Gwazi is opening in March. I asked a Kumba ride operator (which isn’t the most reliable, but he probably knows more than us), and he said definitely March

Can you possibly make a video teaching us how to use excel for coaster count?
We are planning my first (and probably only) coaster road trip in mid-June for my 40th birthday. I live in the DFW area so Six Flags Over Texas is my home park. I am planning on visiting Kings Island, 2 days at Cedar Point, Michigan's Adventure, Six Flags Great America. I probably have 1 more day I can squeeze another park in. The other parks close enough to my route are Kentucky Kingdom, Silver Dollar City, Six Flags St Louis, and Worlds of Fun. Which one of these would y'all recommend? Or am I overlooking another one? I am guessing Silver Dollar City, but I don't know much about these parks. I have been to Worlds of Fun but that was back in the early 90s (RIP Orient Express).
Definitely go to silver dollar city. Such an amazing park. Im trying to get there this year somehow

To see my coaster count I use an app called LogRide it’s very reliable also love your raw footage channel I used it in my video 👍 maybe can you get footage for WCR?
WCR was actually my first video on that channel, if you want to go back and look again

Do you have a copy of your excel sheet as a template? I've been using Google Sheets, but it lacks pivot charts.
I plan on vlogging that day and yeah i am starting in wildwood and going north so if the last couple get left off, no big deal since ill be hitting the best ones first. As for excel, theres really nothing special about it. Its just any old excel sheet, nothing specially formatted about it

Airtime Thrills Something to tell you about renegade. First, the blue train runs smoother and faster than the orange train. The front row is definitely the best row because it’s smoother and the airtime is stronger. The back row only does the first drop better

Guess I will see you at Holiwood Knights if I don't see you sometime at SFMM (I generally go weekly) before then. Your trip over there matches mine pretty well, cept I start a day earlier at St Louis and then hit Holiwood Knights. Then KK KI CP, SFGrAm, and back to St Louis to fly out.

At 4:06 mt Olympus is literally holiday world without the free drinks, but with a bigger waterpark. Mt. Olympus is only complete if you do the waterpark too.
I agree. Mt Olympus was awesome, one of my favorite new parks I visited in 2019.
Especially that wave pool, if that’s closed then everything kinna sucks
Actually, I thoroughly enjoyed everything. The waterpark for resort guests was great! Free food and ERT after the park closed for resort guests. If someone is just wanting to grab the credits and leave, then they won't be impressed like I was. I took the time to take it all in.
