I made this cake 2 hours ago and I just tried it and it's really delicious!!! Very easy to make.. My advice with my experience baking it.. She said to put the oven at 340 but I noticed that 20 min into baking my cake it started to burn a little on top so I lowered my oven to 330 and it took exactly 35 min to cook.. It's really fluffy and I'm enjoying it with a cup of coffee sitting outside under my gazebo watching my fishes swim in my pond 😊 I wish u all a great rest of ur day!!
Mahalo for your test on baking temperature. I recently bought an air fryer/toaster/oven that is a Costway brand; so far I've had to lower the degree by 100 to avoid the top overtaking. Wish I knew if it could be calibrated. The cake pic looks like Japanese cheesecake., anxious to try the recipe.
It's easier to fit your parchment paper into your pan if you wet it with water before u crumple it. Just shake the excess water off. The residual dampness does not affect the cake and it makes the paper conform so much more easily.
Absolutely delicious cake. Word of advice: add lemon zest!!! Just grate it into the batter. Also add just a fraction more vanilla essence. Thanks for sharing this recipe ❤
@@francescrespo3057 You can use coconut milk or regular whole milk but you will need to add 1/2 cup of sugar to every 1 cup of regular whole (full fat) milk.
I made it today and reduced the condensed milk to 185g as it’s the exact amount in one package sold in hk. It comes out perfect with the good smell of eggs. The texture and flavor is unique. Different from the typical muffins I made with the classic recipe! Defo worth trying!

It also isn't pedantic about mixing the ingredients or cutting little bits of paper to make it fit in the tin properly. It just gets the job done and the result looks great. Job well done!

Unfortunately not healthy ...l don't recommend it also you don't need vanilla extract ,1 egg ok and use oatmeal will be much better ...you don't need something else

Of course it’s delicious. It’s made out of sweetened condensed milk, which is super fattening and super thick. It’s also super delicious.

I would make a few adjustments to keep it low carb and free of allergies. One substitute would be to use Greek yogurt instead of eggs.

The milk in this recipe doesn’t look like condensed milk, could it be evaporated milk since it is sinner than condensed milk.
Evaporated milk has no sugar. I made with condensed and lemon juice. Lovely
