How are you making this kind of power on a stock VG30DE? Both of mine let go well before 550whp boost and spray. And I was meticulous with tuning lol.
Bigger injectors 740cc or bigger. Walbro 450 fuel pump. Bigger Intercooler piping and proper tune to e85 has been proven 600 or more hp.
hey i have a 300zx n/a and i want to it turbo as shown in the video and i have also been doing my research on forms with people having the same question and they all say you cant do it or your engine will blow but my question is what was the price for this setup??? please get back to me
Adrian you can easily turbo the na engines. The issues that all the forums have is bad information. In the earlier years of tuning technology, people would just slap on parts and tune it like a tt motor would be. The issue there is that the na engines are higher compression. The higher ratio caused the cars to lean out and blow up when tuned using fuel maps for the lower compression tt engines

The only weak part in the NA vs the TT engine is the wrist pins.

Very impressive numbers but the car has one major problem as a street car............ Just like my 2004 Skyline 350 GT track version ......... that exhaust will tell every cop within km's of you, where you are & that you are break speed limits........... in my case, I had to sell my Skyline because of this serious problem. ha-ha Enjoy your beautiful z32 & thanks for sharing.

+bgodin23 Lot a bit of compressor surge! It's an undersized turbine housing size for the motor. It used to surge like hell on my Supra too.

Old school PTE 6876H (would be called a 6865 in today's terms but it's a p-trim turbine wheel, not the F1-65 wheel like you saw in the 6265 or 6765)

inuysha360 what makes it that hard? The very limited space in the engine bay?
+-ItsKairi- not just that but the way it was designed, you pretty much have to remove it if you want to do any work on the internals, so unless you do all your work at the beginning of your build you're going to need to yank it out of there countless times.

seeing as how it was just finished a month ago and dynoed this month maybe you should understand how proper tuning can make a motor last a long time this isn't some honda that was throwed together and untuned

You mean Stock long block? because the injectors turbo intercoolers are not all stock. Far from it. So I can only assume that you are talking about the pistons and rods.
+The300ZXGuru Exactly. Motor means the internals of the engine: heads, valve job, cams, springs/retainers, pistons, rods, etc.
when most guys talk about stock z they are mostly talking about internals: piston,head,rods and crankshaft

Probably cause they don't plan to make it as a kit for others lol.
