@@ericthesThe price is insane, but so is the pricing of ultra prime property in London. It's a parallel universe. It's only for the 0.1% who will have £17.7m in loose change. The apartment is a trophy party pad and will probably lie empty for most of the year. What a crazy world eh?!
If you think UK citizens are flocking to America because of the small kitchens then you help mentally. What a low IQ comment. Don't think we Brits are flocking to the US at any higher rate than b4, don't forget the net migration the other way. We have healthcare, education, public transport, better & cheaper quality food, holiday/sick pay, no guns no earthquakes, wildfires, tornados, hurricanes, don't spend $900 billion on defence and not running a $31 trillion debt. And the UK office is better 😉 I think most Brits are heading to Thailand and S.E Asia rather than US
I think the kitchen is small because the target audience for this property is an ultra rich single person or couple who probably will get the adjoining hotel chefs to cook for them. They aren't looking for a big kitchen. This apartment is over 61 times the price of an average property in the UK, so it's not representative of 'average for the UK' in any way! Price per square foot and for the number of bedrooms, this is insanely expensive, even for Mayfair. Having said that, they will find a buyer - probably someone ultra rich looking for a London crash pad.
It’s a nice apartment, but I was a bit disappointed of the size of the bathrooms and the hallway was a bit of a squeeze and having two kitchens doesn’t make sense, I would of thought that the private office would be a bit bigger than just having a little space to manage your millions 😊
Price per sqft is at the market value for its prime location. But the scale of every room, the hallways and the ceiling height are not what an ultra-rich buyer would expect at this price range.
The staircase alone is literally worth more than a Bentley 😭 To those who can, go for it -beats losing on the markets, getting scammed, or dying unrewarded.
Nice apartment in parts! Yes lovely terraces etc but nearly all of it is overlooked by not just a few but dozens of windows etc. No privacy. That study......my suitcase wardrobe is bigger!!!! Get rid of that pretencious bar area and the cuboards and make that a study/computer desk area. Much larger, more open and better. The downstairs dining room....seriously? Badly thought out. Would make a much nicer bedroom. And as for that tiny principle bedroom.....17 mil and here is a broom cupboard as your principle bedroom!!! It maybe Mayfair but this is Wayyyyy over priced just to have access to a shared swimming pool and sauna ffs!
😂😂 Two bedrooms, a relatively small living room, and views of neighboring brick buildings. Seriously, if this doesn't highlight just how absurd house valuations can get, I don't know what will! But hey, if you've got the cash to spare, more power to you! 😁🏡
It's overpriced. The owner/seller needs to reconsider if wants to sell asap. Properties like this stay years unsold then turned to an Airbnb. London, New York and California crazy and unreasonable listing price tags.
@5:48 The owner is allowed to rent it out for up to 3 months at a time and generate rental income. After paying 17 mil for a home you’re going to rent it out (to who?) for income? That sounds hilarious. How much income in 90 days?
@@refinedlivingshow I’m speaking as a New Yorker where board approval would almost be impossible to do it. But this is in a hotel, where I suppose would be different. Thanks for the clarification.
Sorry 2 Things if i pay 17 Million for my gaff I am not living next to neighbours Secondly again I pay this money for my Gaff you cannot tell me who I rent my property to and for how long ! 90 days what nonsense is that !
For the people who think this is over priced ! Look! LONDON MAYFAIR is for the super wealthy who concider £17M pocket change ... believe me they do not want the average person who has difficulty with money and social etiquette to be hovering around them... again I repeat £17M is not a big price tag for this apartment.
£17M for this 😂⁉️ Only money launderers would even think about spending money on this huge ripoff.
What does that mean :) ?
@@refinedlivingshow it means it is not worth it

This apartment is so overpriced , let's see how long it will take to sell , oh and how much if a price drop
@@bh-777mate it’s prob already sold, someone will use it once or twice a year.
5 to 7 mill is the most it's worth. I'm not sure where the other 10 mill is coming from
Thanks for tuning in! see you in a couple weeks :)
@@refinedlivingshow always a pleasure
Thank you for sharing a beautiful duplex home here! Very nice!😊
Thanks for watching!
You are welcome.
Considering whats available in Central London at the £17M price range i think this is a bit over priced.
Appreciate you tuning in Charles!
2 bed for 17m??
£17.7m Mame
Beautiful no doubt, but £17M ….. seriously….. sorry but that is Absurd……
Good to see you Conner! thanks for watching
@ sorry for being so blunt…… great content though…
No need to be sorry, we didn't build it, design it, own it or price it! 😂
I guess it’s like buying a giant luxury hotel suite for a lifetime. Kinda makes sense then. I wonder what the taxes and the service charge are though
This is beautiful
I like your perspective Reid!
£17.7 million for this small kitchen. I see now why even UK citizens are leaving UK to the US.
Thanks for tuning in Isaac! stay tuned for more refined spaces :)

I totally agree
Those are balconies, not terraces. London prices have gone maaaad tho.
Those are terraces sir!

This guy does the best videos. I really enjoy how he walk around the house and just shows the property off to its maximum great job.💯💯💯❤️
Anyone know the brand of these dining chairs?
TBC!
A 17 million home and they can’t even afford to have a window in any of the bathrooms😂😂😂

The private very overlooked terrace?
17M for a 2 bed apartment??? LOL.....ABSOLUTE LOL
Somewhat underwhelming for 18 million pounds even in London. Others properties had more cachet or wow factor
Glad you stopped by Frank! see you in the next video :)
That study area is a joke for £17M
I guess I missed the joke ;) appreciate you tuning in Elene!

Bonus feature: the ceiling slowly closes in on you at a rate of about 1cm every 3 months. 18M to live in an apartment for gnomes smh.
Hahah interesting perspective! thanks for tuning in. We will see you in the next one :)
More nonsense pricing.
And it needs measuring again.

It's actually very common amongst UHNWI to buy and let out their properties. This property is estimated to earn up to £450,000+ annually.

£3 m at best just because of its location. otherwise, id pay £1.5 for this.
We have an offer from Arina! 🙋
You for that price you are getting the most expensive coffin located on the main road😂😂😂
London prices are just ridiculous😂😂😂
Be nice Moriam!
Awful. Tiny… low ceilings. Like something pre-made in a factory, boxed, shipped to the UK and assembled together.
no views, no natural light, low ceiling height...a total rip off.
