Love these shells, tip: tilt your phone sideways to landscape mode, captures more on video

That depends. These were intentionally recorded in portrait orientation to capture only the relevant area of focus, including the launch site to measure the height of the shells and to maximize the spatial resolution. 😀 A 16:9 landscape orientation would mean having to move the camera much further back to capture everything and would have filled more of the screen with empty black sky, decreasing overall resolution.
These were also shot in 4K so I could potentially crop to frame only the breaks at 1080p. However, this was my first time using this camera for 4K footage and it's really not great (at all), so I'll likely be using a different camera for any future fireworks footage. These quick demos really only exist to have an objective view of these three different types of shells, with the same framing for comparison (see the other videos on the channel), because I had the shells ready and was going to set them off anyway, so I figured I may as well grab a quick video for each! 😁

They are indeed all Excaliburs and all from the same box.
