That ramen looks incredible ... it made him want to travel from Chile to there for a bowl ... and the coolest thing is that in his little cart he has everything he needs ... to delight us with his delicacies
After watching a couple of these video's. you start to see the differences in each chef's process and setup. Makes the video's come alive almost like your there.

Man these places reminds me of hawker centers in my country. Cheap and delicious food that I can afford and eat everyday. If I lived nearby that area, I'd go to this man's store often.
