    Seeing a man so determined and trying so hard to satisfy the needs of his clients...And seeing myself sitting in my house as an adult, not knowing what to do...gives me a little clarity...I hope to shine and flourish like that man. and their Ramen shop!       @@DigitalPosion He chose to do something within his means and not try to push further, and I'm sure his food has fed hundreds of thousands of good people. You never know maybe he wouldn't be around for 40 years if he had been constantly changing price like the restaurants you see today that pop up and fail every year.

    I've been following this gentleman on youtube for some time. I'm glad he's recovered from surgery and able to continue something he obviously loves and takes great pride in. I only wish I could visit Japan to try his ramen. Maybe one day.😊

    I am so happy to see this guy is still doing what he enjoys i remember watching a video about him a good while back and he had a bad leg i felt so bad for him it weighed heavy on me, seeing him get so little rest and struggle to set up his store :(. I am genuinely happy he is still doing ok i wish him all the best i am not religious but if there is a god i hope he takes care of this man. Thank you for these videos i am English but love and respect the Japanese culture.

    His attitude and enthusiasm, despite the hot weather and physical weakness, he still devoted himself to work with 100% spirit. His attitude was so warm and motivating to many people who only knew how to complain.

      業種は違うけどこの年代の親方達の筋 信念は半端ない。
      自分本位で親方をあてにしてくれる人より親方を大切にしてくれる人達の為に自分の仕事をして評価されろという親方達に育てられたからこの親方は大切にしたい。

    こう言うの生き様を感じる。、かっこよすぎ。。色んな職業あってキラキラしたのもピカピカしたのも派手なのもあってお金とか地位とか名誉とか私利私欲など汚いものも混ざった中で、美味しいと言って求める人に感謝を持ってひたむきに日々をこなすだけ。。。
    日本の政治家が汚い利権と裏金で問題なってる中でこう言う人を見ると
