You never know maybe he wouldn't be around for 40 years if he had been constantly changing price like the restaurants you see today that pop up and fail every year.

I've been following this gentleman on youtube for some time. I'm glad he's recovered from surgery and able to continue something he obviously loves and takes great pride in. I only wish I could visit Japan to try his ramen. Maybe one day.😊
I am so happy to see this guy is still doing what he enjoys i remember watching a video about him a good while back and he had a bad leg i felt so bad for him it weighed heavy on me, seeing him get so little rest and struggle to set up his store :(. I am genuinely happy he is still doing ok i wish him all the best i am not religious but if there is a god i hope he takes care of this man.
