I can't imagine rotating the filter being that useful unfortunately. He said the mic is in cardioid mode, which means you should always be speaking into the front of the mic

If you search for something, it gives you an extremely short list of results, and unless you know the names of album or artist, good luck finding what you're looking for without a name. I was hoping for it to be a useful tool for allowing my passengers to go through spotify while in my car, but it doesn't even have a search function that isn't voice....and you have to touch it still if you want to be able to find what you want, defeating the purpose. It really is just not worth the hassle or money even at $30 (it was originally $80). Id advise against it unless you want a glorified remote for a playlist just for pausing and playing music.
The car play would be such a useful tool for road-trips when people want to suggest songs, now I don’t have to go through the hassle of opening my phone for them while I’m driving

And the car thing, as stated, would make scrolling through and playing music so much easier for me when I'm on my computer playing Skyrim for the 9000th time

I preordered the Spotify car thing for its original release and I absolutely love it. I have bluetooth in my car but no screen or apple play so the addition of the car play with a screen is such a huge upgrade. I love it.
I bought the Spotify Car Thing the moment it got released, and I'm honestly enjoying every second of it. The only downfall is, you can't leave it plugged in your vehicle because it could drain your vehicle battery. It hasn't happened to me, but I wanted everyone to be aware of what to expect if you did that.

I wfh so I only start it up maybe once every 2 days, and it's still been working fine for a long time now. Everything turns off, at least in my car when I turn off engine. Weird how they didn't make that a normal thing for all cars.

@Kevin Gonzalez well the wheel and pedals themselves are $250 and you can clamp them to any normal desk. I use the Logitech g920 for my wheel and a oculus quest 2 ($400) for any vr racing games. The rest of my setup is just a monitor, headphones, and a mic. I'm (somehow) able to run all of my games on a 1050 3gb (overclocked) core i5 with 16 gigs of ram.
I legitimately love the fifine mic. I have the older version and it works great. So I may have to upgrade I didn’t expect them to change it up like this without charging a huge price for it. Ill also be honest. The Spotify car thing is also great. This has been one of the best cool tech episodes in a while. Ima hold off on buying anything before the giveaway but dang

Spotify's Car Thing is such a missed opportunity. If only it had standalone Spotify, without needing to piggy back from your phone. You could then set it up in your bathroom, garage, living room connected to a Bluetooth speaker 24/7 to have a music station pretty much anywhere in your house. But needing to connect to your phone first is just completely stupid, and pointless. If only they thought bigger..
@@OctagonalSquare If you're setting it up at home, it will always be connected to the internet. Also to use the car thing, it requires you to have a phone with premium account connected. That's why this little device failed, it didn't make sense for what it is.

I like the Spotify car thing. As someone who listens to music practically nonstop, I use Spotify practically everywhere. This would make everything so convenient in my classic cars that have a Bluetooth attachment, as well as at my work with our Bluetooth speakers.

I'd love that portable vacuum. Us college students don't have much time to clean, so it would be awesome to own that to do the cleaning. I also love how there are multiple hoses, so it can reach difficult corners/areas. On the other hand, I like the compact design so you don't need to have a huge vacuum that occupies lots of space. the portable vacuum seems very useful since if you live in a dusty place like myself, no matter how many times you wipe down the desk, dust comes back. Even a dust wiper won't do. And it can be used to dust away your keyboard as well as in your car as a portable device
I really enjoyed the mic. For anyone to wants to be a pro-gamer or just use it for casual play, this mic seems like a great place to start or even end with.

The Spotify car thing is so cool. I love using Spotify and with my Spotify premium account, this would definitely get used a lot. Also, the car I have is old and doesn't have apple car play so being able to use Spotify with that and not using spotify on my phone would be a game changer. Spotify is proving yet again that they are the superior music streaming service. Spotify > Apple music .

You could then set it up in your bathroom, garage, living room connected to a Bluetooth speaker 24/7 to have a music station pretty much anywhere in your house. But needing to connect to your phone first is just completely stupid, and pointless. If only they thought bigger..

@@OctagonalSquare If you're setting it up at home, it will always be connected to the internet. Also to use the car thing, it requires you to have a phone with premium account connected. That's why this little device failed, it didn't make sense for what it is.

That Spotify player would be absolutely exquisite to use. I drive about 40 minutes to college everyday and I listen to Spotify to make my journey more enjoyable. It would be the best addition!

I like the Spotify car thing. As someone who listens to music practically nonstop, I use Spotify practically everywhere. This would make everything so convenient in my classic cars that have a Bluetooth attachment, as well as at my work with our Bluetooth speakers.
That handheld vacuum would be a must have, specially with wfh setups and all the dust accumulating on the desk.
I gotta admit...that handheld vacuum is actually looking pretty clutch. It'll definitely encourage me to keep my office clean!

I'd love that portable vacuum. Us college students don't have much time to clean, so it would be awesome to own that to do the cleaning. I also love how there are multiple hoses, so it can reach difficult corners/areas. On the other hand, I like the compact design so you don't need to have a huge vacuum that occupies lots of space.

I think the microphone is the best of the tech for this month and it is definitely my favorite. I have been looking for inexpensive mic with great quality and I think one might be it!
the portable vacuum seems very useful since if you live in a dusty place like myself, no matter how many times you wipe down the desk, dust comes back. Even a dust wiper won't do. And it can be used to dust away your keyboard as well as in your car as a portable device
My favorite is for sure the mic, I could use that high quality for work and school meetings and recordings!

I really enjoyed the mic. For anyone to wants to be a pro-gamer or just use it for casual play, this mic seems like a great place to start or even end with.
This is one of the few videos where I think I want almost all the tech you showed but the top choice would have to be the CheerPod Air Mouse for using with my laptop on the go or when I would have to give presentations for school/work.

the handheld vacuum its really cool and very useful for my desk setup, because as a student it helps a lot to keep my desk clean after long study sessions and is very versatile in the way that i can use keep most of my things clean around my room

Honestly the handheld vacuum would be a lifesaver, cleaning my desk is a bit of a pain with a golden retriever as hair gets absolutely everywhere.
I need spotifys car thing in my life, streaming and changing pages would be a thing of the past with this right on my desk. Super clean and cool looking. And great to take to work as I’m in a van all day.

The Spotify car thing is so cool. I love using Spotify and with my Spotify premium account, this would definitely get used a lot. Also, the car I have is old and doesn't have apple car play so being able to use Spotify with that and not using spotify on my phone would be a game changer. Spotify is proving yet again that they are the superior music streaming service. Spotify > Apple music .
