The software for it sucks! I recommend getting a real stream deck if that is what you want. He tries to show it off as it has a lot of useful features but it is pretty limited
I’ve never fully understood the attraction to the stream deck, but I think that mountain display pad has converted me. Definitely could see that fittting in to my setup!
I have streamdeck xl and normal and I use them a lot, I page of buttons that will grab the color of the pixel that my cursor, allows me to get quick color code of things I want to keep same theme of, I have bunch of pages with passwords that auto fill username for sites, passwords, API keys, links to my profile if I want to go to the site I have the profile at, buttons to start python scripts, virtual piano by having buttons that play the note I press on the streamdeck xl, a soundboard to play on game/discord or on stream, a page to quickly launch apps but to be honest I rather press the windows key and press 1 or 2 letters and it usually finds the program much faster, some buttons for translated line while I play with teammates from other countries This is some of the reasons I use the streamdeck, with the screens it is easy to know what all buttons do.
It's the ability to label things digitally. It's clean, whatever aesthetic that you want. Also, the macro functionality is built in. So, no autohotkeys. Which is a major plus.
As someone who commutes to work for long periods of time, the Air Compressor is definitely a lifesaver for the times I need to fill my tires with air. That and having a chode of an air compressor is next level savagery
I just got a new e-bike to get to school with, and that air compressor would be a great just in case type of thing. Also, my phone always dies at school, so having a power bank is just an awesome cherry on top!
I just got my mountain DisplayPad in the mail. I'm blown away by the quality of it. If you're looking for something like a stream deck but don't want to break the bank, THIS IS IT! Fantastic reccomendation! I can't stress enough how great of quality this is. and the fact it is still only $40. Even at the full price of $70 it's still a great buy! Thanks RFP!
i have an everest max arriving soon, which comes with 4 of those buttons built into the keyboard. Do you think 4 buttons is would still be enough, or do you get use out of the whole 12?
I absolutely love this series, been watching for years, but this might be the first time I've been attracted to all products shown. Normally 1 or 2 products per episode are standouts and the rest are average/irrelavent/unusable for me, but man I would genuinely buy everything shown here this month. Love your work frank keep up the good work Hard to pick a favourite but that AIO display is pretty awesome and would be a good fit for my setup :)
I could definitely use the morpilot air compressor, especially since it is good way to keep your tires pumped up to the correct pressure so your car mileage is not affected.
i have to get me one of that air compressors, don't want to be stranded on the road with a flat and no compressor. I already don't have a compressor, I'm living on the edge🤣
The mountain displayPad is perfect for keeping your desk setup nice and compact! Also that price is crazy good for what you're getting. Gotta love the tactile keys too!
@truuuupR Yeah, virtually everything he shows i have to find an off brand variant of. Or a last gen model on Canadian Amazon. And we are land locked to the states. Blows my mind.
@randomfrankp no it blows my mind that Canadian amazon is so different considering i could drive 10 hours and buy what you can, but I can not get it through my Amazon. No hate on you. I just hate how difficult our governments make it. Plus, our exchange rate is trash. If it wasn't $169 I would have bought it immediately.
As a student, I think the AIO display screen is super helpful for my desk set up for productivity. I love how it’s a home smart hub. I love you and enter giveaways every month ❤❤
The mountain displaypad is €39.99 on the website NOW bc It is 64% off, so the normal price is 109.99 on the website. But still the best tech in this video💪
40 bucks for a tactile macro pad with display keys?! That's beyond insane! The productivity optimization possibilities are making me blush. And at that price? Mindblowing.
yeah too bad hes a liar and its 127USD before tax/shipping and even the regular macropad version without displays (just keycaps) is 60USD..... this guy really lied and im ngl... i doubt any of the other items he mentions are this price, either.
Back in highschool he always showed off mouses, Bluetooth speakers and RGB Lights. But he was the only one who seemed to try to be different. Thats why I still watch.
I love the morpilot ar compressor as i am a car guy through and through, you never realize how important a portable compressor is until you need one the most, on the side of the road...
the mountain displaypad looks awesome! wouldnt mind having that for my setup. saves time from going to the start menu and looking for the programs I use a lot
It might be unconventional but I use the Morpilot Air Compressor V2 as a air for my airbrush when painting minis. It works decently well and perfect for my tiny apartment.
the Morpilot Air Compressor V2 is definitely a life saver!! would love to have one of those in my car, in case the tire is low or the basketball is a little flat. a win win for sure.
That Mountain Display Pad would be an amazing addition. I've actually been considering getting something like it to help with answering discord mid game, skipping tracks while the window is unfocused, and to use for quick launch buttons.
That Morpilot would definitely be a handy bit of gear considering most of the Service stations around nearly always have their air nozzles busted or they are not working at all.
That air compressor would be the perfect tool for me! I have so many things i always need to pump but never have something on me to do it. Plus a battery bank?! Like how did they make this for under $50 and still give it a nice design like that.. INSANE find
A fan all the way from Singapore! Have been following the channel for a long time and really enjoyed the cool tech series! Have always wanted the Elgato stream deck but it’s so expensive but this mountain DisplayPad looks amazing and affordable! Hope to get one!!
That air compressor is a super good idea to have in a roadside kit! I appreciate you showing more than just tech for your desk, ill be looking into getting one myself
I never had the need for a stream deck, but if that mountain display pad will launch programs and everything else, I could adapt that into my work flow in the office. I will totally have to look into that one.
Man, if I wasn't unemployed that Mountain Display would be pretty rad, wish it had a volume knob but for $40? Especially considering the TurnUp one is still 80 without shipping makes it super appealing rn...
I've definitely found myself enjoying some of the more "practical" devices over time. Ended up buying that angled drill from a previous episode, and now I'm eyeing the air compressor too; it'd be great to keep inside the "emergency" bag in my car to always have on hand!
the mountain displaypad has gotta be my favorite. I lost a lot of desk space being in a dorm, so I could really use something to monitor my temps and for macros...
I've looked into buying a stream deck but at price of over 100$ I just haven't wanted it that badly to justify it. The fact that the Mountain Display Pad is 40% the cost of competitors is crazy .
The Mountain display pad would be the perfect thing to start off my Desk setup. Its sleek and the perfect color, plus I can use it for my art software too.
I just got my first car, and that air compressor would be perfect! Now im carrying around a bike pump for those emergencies haha. This is much better! Thanks for showing of this cool tech!
The mountain DisplayPad looks crazy good for that cheap.
The software for it sucks! I recommend getting a real stream deck if that is what you want.

@@AllBizNoRizz yeah, that's what I thought also. Loupdeck or Streamdeck is obviously better but this isn't a bad budget version.
The Display pad is like $150 where i am, where did he get it for $40
The software for all Mountain products is absolutely terrible and won’t work most of the time.
@@simplificateddit’s hugely reduced on their website at the moment. Because it’s garbage. It’s not worth $40
The Mountain Pad is great. Finally Elgatto has some competitors in that area. Hopefully that leads to stream decks and equivalents, getting cheaper

For me its the idea of setting up macros for quite literally ANYTHING I can think of, not even just streamers can find use out of it.

I'm not going to lie, the mountain displaypad somehow looks more premium than a streamdeck
The brushed aluminum is a nice touch
@@randomfrankp easily my favorite part of it, it looks beautiful for the price!
Mountain DisplayPad looks great for the price. The fact that buttons aren't mushy makes it actually interesting.
That air compressor will be very helpful
The air compressor is super useful for sure. I bike often so this would be perfect to take as an emergency pump
12:07 "A chode" 😂😂 but seriously that Morpilot would a HUGE help for me! Definitely looking into one of those soon

Love the clicky keys on the Displaypad!
That morpilot is pretty impressive and great for someone like me that's always driving around remote areas for work.
I would love to add the First Blood B6 Acrylic Macropad to my setup, it would go perfect with my transparent and copper theme. Fingers crossed to win
I like that they changed the size of the Morpilot Air Compressor in the V2. It’s still compact and would be a great personal purchase and one to gift.
