I mean realistically swordsmen would very likely commision magic swords from the magic acadamy, no reason why they would stay there though xD.
Well I mean one of the better legendary weapons is in said academy.
Considering he doesn't pay attention to any story, probably things this is a retirement home for weird old people or smt.

Souls games are basically rhythm games under the guise of combat. And connor being the connoisseur of beeps and boops, I'd say this is easy winnings for him.
I think he's mentioned playing Bloodborne and Sekiro, so I don't know if this is his first.

@@odysseus1828 nahh, I'm at the point where I farm Melania. I have 100 of each upgrade material, and I almost have all spells, incantations, and unique weapons.
I think maybe 1 or 2 more playthroughs and I can platinum it. The fact it took 200 hour to grab everything means I will never delete this character and I will 100% pick up every respec item in each cycle

You and me both know, despite being easiest shardbearer she had most annoying fight
Even after 3 trys i was so frustrated with her first phase that I euipped armor which have high magic negation defense, magic defense talisman and even used magic negation incantation 😑

I didn't take any chances on her second phase by using all sorts of magic negation
Magic talisman + magic negation incantation + cukoo arm really reduces impact of one shot bullshittery move in her second phase by making it survival

I game on a laptop and don't have much ram so I can't play a lot of intensive games. I'm also poor.

Connor raging is hilarious! Especially when he dies due to apparently not understanding some of the game mechanics (I wouldn't actually know as I've never played a Souls game and have no intention of doing so).
He's heavy attacking a lot, thats the only thing that i can see that's holding him back.
If you press R1 you do a light attack and R2 is a heavy. Light attacks deal less damage but are faster but when you have a big heavy sword like that it should stun the boss whether you do a light or heavy attack anyway.

Has anyone told him to stop relying so much on holding the the trigger? The Greatsword Heavy attack is slow as hell.

btw when you fall you can still teleport to a grace if you are quick enough (garnted you are not in combat), if you know what buttons to press you can do it in under 1 seccond

U killed Rennala and got rewarded --- When I killed her I died to the Troll like 2 sec after that game got confused and put all my Runes in her 2nd Phase room that cant be accessed after she dies :) 120k runes were lost

Ultra great swords are the hardest weapons to use, you're literally playing a hard game on hard, those swords are for when you know the moves and exactly all opening, you'll take 40 years to clear it with them, 30 of those only on miquella
its a different gamestyle sure but wouldn't say its the hardest to use.especially if you power stance and do jump attacks
@@RewZes it is, it's slow and you need good timing, the only way to make it harder is try to parry everything all the time and only win parrying, but no one play like that after clearing at least once lol or if you're already a souls like pro, those swords take a lot of stats because it always need a lot of strength and it's heavy so having a shield and heavy armor makes it way more stat heavy, while dex you need a little strength mid dex and you already can use all weapons and it's light so you can use heavy armor without much stats, ultra great swords are not just harder to play the build required is harder to achieve it's literally playing hard mode and not for ppl not used to souls like or used to whatever souls you're playing since you need to learn animations to avoid trying to atk and taking dmg or attacking the air
A good user of UGS it's always more pro than using lighter weapons and it always was, same goes for most games with heavy weapons, monster hunter for example great swords are so hard to pull off as good as anything else you need to know animations and not waste attacks
Wait how do you find UGS to be the hardest? They're arguably the most unga bunga of weapons in this game. The crazy power stance that they bring will always breaks posture in 2 or 3 hits, and thats not even mentioning jump attacks which are even better to utilize than R1 and R2s. Not only that but some have insane AOWs that even cover some of their weaknesses or enhances what they're already good at.
@@bruhbirbz600 Magic and bleed is ridiculously op and easy to build first time I played I killed most bosses first try with gravity magic, it breaks poise just as good as ugs and you can get it in minutes with an S staff made for gravity it barely requires stats, bleed you can start with it on 2 different classes and it's broken op, so yeah ugs is hard mode it's slow not as strong as any other builds it requires a shitton of stats and all good swords are far from the start it looks unga bunga but it's not magic is lol you don't even need to get close or aim and it doesn't make you slow or can be stopped bleed is fast and light to equip, ugs is just the worst choice easily
@@JuliaWAE Well thats your opinion and maybe your experience, I tried a few build and sure the UGS are harder than lets say double katana but they are not the hardest you just hit and run most of the time and they stagger pretty much every enemy that is not a boss,the harder weapons to play imo are daggers for obvious reasons and double hammers
Connor should do a mage built run as a challenge and do the mage related quests

I was hoping for that one Joker meme to pop up after he fell off the bridge after killing the pot hiding elder albinauric.
You can fix RAM issues by just upping the pager amount to 64GB if your using a 2TB M1 card It could mimic actual ram. It fixed a AO-rated crashing because It ate all my 16GB ram causing windows to choke.
Seeing Connor kill that Albanuric guy who helps you with getting near the endgame just because he “didn’t want to watch a cutscene” filled me with the rage of Radahn…

I kinda stopped playing Elden Ring cause the stuttering on my pc got too bad. At first I thought it was just area loading, but then it did it in boss fights where the map is 1000% already loaded in. It's the only game that does it.

I just recently finished my lvl 1 wretch run and I have no idea how on my first playthrough I had 80 strength and 60 faith with 15 vigor and didn't struggle at all (also like 5 +2 flasks the whole game)

just some napkin math, approximating the blade to a pyramid with a base of 3" by 10" and a length of 6'(these numbers are mostly out of my ass), and assuming it's solid steel, you're looking at just over 200lbs or 93kg. the actual weight of course is a bit less as the blade tapers to the edge as well, not just to the point, but i don't expect that to remove more than about 50lbs or 23kg.
