pbfloyd13 lol. Both of those are not even close to the Elise in terms of a sports car. I think you might be trolling. If not, you're mistaken.

One is based on the classic British sports car layout. The other is almost ecactly the same. Both came before the elise, and if not for the Mx5 reviving the 2 seater sports car market the elise wouldn't even have existed. Before that lotus was going to a FWD IZUZU POWERED 2 seater sports car with the elan .

pbfloyd13 K series Rover engines suffer from overheating and the gasket go wrong all the time.
