Kuroko no Basket got me into watch NBA from 2018 and still. Dunk in 9:00 it’s Kobe Bryant’s actual dunk and character Aomine based on real Kobe. So this show is amazing
Not a spoiler I think, 'cause it's said in the first episode of the anime but the opening where Kuroko is in a different team (where all of the players with colorful hair are) is a flashback to the time they were together in middle school. You could have guessed it because all of them seem much younger in that opening than in the previous ones.
As someone who plays and is interested in basketball there is exaggeration for sure but a lot of the moves, techniques and terms in the show is stooped in reality and is portrayed very intensely by the animation. In other words it's FIRE!
Kuroko no basket was my first sports anime from watching One Piece, One punch man, Dragonball, Naruto and Bleach. I rewatch it still to this day, the whole series even just indinvidual moments / games. i highly recomend it! keep up the great work!

If you know how basket ball is like in real life, you'd probably laughed yourself off when watching this, as I did. But that aside, this is probably one of the best sports anime, in terms of visual. I enjoyed it very much and the actions are very cool. If you want something more grounded tho, Slam Dunk is your choice tho the animation is not that great, it's from the 90's, after all. And it's not fully animated too, so I'd suggest read the manga. And REAL is also a good one.
@@aishaziz2286 This anime is almost realistic the zone is true and all except the eye. But what made it so unrealistic for is the fact the midorima unguarded has a 100% guaranteed 3 points all over the court and how kuroko can turn invisible

I played as a PG before but I do know that even a 3 pointer is a hard shit, you can't get it easily. him shooting effortlessly regardless or angles and the quarter he's in really pissed me off lmao. you can't get that accuracy that late in the game. in the end, I still ended up enjoying this after I changed my mindset lol

Very good anime. Of course if you like basketball, it's even better. I love basketball so I love this anime. But that being said, even if you're not into basketball, I think that you can defintely find this a great show :)

For real though the animation stepped up so much halfway through the first season and the second season had way better animation that went up as the seasons released.
Carson why do you seem to think really good animation is rotoscope? And for the record none of openings are rotoscope. It just the 3rd and the 7th opening was solo animated by Kazuto Nakazawa , an veteran super skilled animator who was one main animator for the series.
Both shows try to do something, Different and these aspects of how far the they are going to take the realistic Affect the narrative of the story. But I guess you can say that that aspect is the tip of the iceberg for the difference of both shows.
Please watch Kuroko no Basket 😆 To me, it's one of the most hype, best and "breath-taking" anime that I've ever watched 😂 You guys will enjoy every single minute of it! If you’re gonna watch a sports anime at any point I’d recommend Haikyuu! It’s the best sports anime for beginners. It’s what got me to watch other sports anime

Hikaru No Go, Kuroko No Basket, Haikyuu, Prince of Tennis. These are the sports anime that come to mind for me.
