About the dim sum one, the thing that needs to be explained first is the dim sum itself. 流沙包 is basically a bun with a flowing custard core(there are other variations of fillings, but it’s always flowing, hence the name 流沙/quicksand) so they are better off being called quicksand buns than sandbags. They’re pretty nice.
The thing with this dim sum is that it’s often a good deal hotter than other buns, and with an ample filling of very hot custard, it is possible that some of the custard could spill out in ways you don’t want them to, hence the 小心食/eat carefully.
Another thing of note is that 小心食 is Cantonese, and not Mandarin, and I’m Cantonese a lot of the letters are swapped out for more slang, so it can be confusing for people who have only learned Mandarin.
