The Domain stat actually shows how many times you fought in the domain, not how many times you claimed rewards interestingly!! I was really confused why mine said I spent 60k resin, but my most fought domain was Vermillion with 1,853 times, but I use that domain to test teams all the time (without actually claiming rewards) so I guess it counted that! 😀
