Hello folks! Please do remember to keep your comments short and to the point. A team is scanning all comments and sensible ones are being picked up in the Fan Mail section of every episode. Also do remember to share the series with youngsters. #AKM
What an amazing job Dr Kota and Ananth Sir, truly inspirational #Remembering Dr Kalam every second through you and the tejas journey. How many heroes created…such wealth of intellect and scientific prowess, talent developed by one program Jai hind…loads of respect to you too for this series. Having a big aim, knowledge, hardwork and perseverance - were Dr. kalam’s recommendation Loved all parts of this series. We need more institutes to do fundamental research…so students really do real science and become creators. But i will tell you this…amongst every lot of 100…you will find 7-10 who are gifted learners and doers. These people we have to ensure we retain in the country. Reduce brain drain. Give them ample opportunities to work & experiment…and decent pay We will continue to perform miracles with combined intellect and effort of all.
Being orthopedics surgeon by profession , hamara tejas programme attracts me to know more about aeronautical engineering. Best episode till now according to me. It gives me goosebumps on knowing the capabilities we developed under LCA programme. LCA tejas is the pilot programme for the upcoming wide gamut of aerospace and defence programmes coming under atmanirbharbaharat. #proudindian #atmanirbharbharat.
I am from IISc. This is amazing. So inspired by the varied research people do here. This series is a must watch for everyone remotely interested in aerospace.
The commission babus who sit on top their ivory towers have been hell bent of downplaying the LCA programme. Such dumbnuts know little or care less, that such great learned ppl and arms and institutions have been critical for the success of the LCA . Thank you Anantha ji for these absolute gold series. Truly apt name for it- "Hamara Tejas."
I like Dr Anantha Krishnan's work, dedication to helping and motivating the future generations of India. Truly appreciated!!! Need more subscriptions to this Channel... Our National Media only interested in Politics & MP's
Never realised these behind the curtain testing which happens to make an aircraft fly.Kudos to the engineers and the thinkers of these amazing testing facilities which are built in India. The more we go deeper into the series the more it opens up upon the hardships and hardwork done by our countrymen.Salute to all of them.
Great test facilities. We have done it for the first time, pulling the knowledge from books to make the test facilities. Truly commendable job to ensure a great product. Show this to the potential customers of tejas. I am sure they will buy Tejas in dozens.
❤️ I am confident and I can feel now that I Can build many tech companies....and my dream of aerospace company❤️ Thank you so much to give us the great interview.
When mam said that learn about the applications of what we learn I really felt it.its soo important i am studying 2nd puc and for jee we are taught tons of concepts and made to solve lots of questions but its hard to relate equations of hyperbola in daily life ,and it doesn't give the "feel"of true engineering.and we also feel like what she said wats the point of studying this. When AK sir asked about the precautions to be taken in High voltage tests I was able to remember that electric field inside a conductor is zero inside a conductor hence by placing an object inside a conducting shell we can shield things from electricity , we need to be taught like this first learn about it's application which makes us wonder how it works and then theory which helps us "really" learn it. By the way even the billion dollar f35 had a lot of issues with lightening protection. Which shows the importance of our desi engineers.
Thanks to bringing unsung heroes. We should have IIT or NIT with defence as syllabus where we can only concentrate on defence equipments. It will be clubbing of all mechanical, electrical, electronic and Computing.
When one reads daily tweets of group of people in India who want to see the nation in perpetual Bullock Cart era , this show is very enlightening to see ! I remember the time of HF-24 development and Egypt’s Halwan program under Dr Kurt Tank . It was unfortunate that HF-24 program was “buried” ! Tejas have come a long way and it should NEVER be allowed to be slowed or ended by “Phoren Maal” Lobby ! Great job JOB HAL , keep it up ! Jai Hind !
Salute to Tejas programe and Guru Kotak who have brought India in the elite club of countries which can design and built their fighter aircrafts from scratch. 🇮🇳 Jai Hind.
I have been watching these episodes of Humara Tejas... It's beyond words to express myself.. 🙏. A big salute to all these people for their unconditional dedication and support.
This series had given good insight of Aircraft Designing and appreciate the concept of Modelling, which Dr. Kota explained in this episode. These discussion will surely encourage academia and boost confidence that if a collage in Coimbatore can be part of LCA Program why can't their collage? If you can make one episode on Canard Wings and stealth techniques would very useful.
The more I watch "Hamara Tejas" the more I learn about the struggles and achievements the Tejas Team. Request you to cover the how the current learnings and advancements will help cut the development time of future versions/aircrafts of India. TMH - you guys are fabulous keep doing what you are doing.. :) Salute...
I agree with Dr Uday Kumar when he says academia lacks fundamental knowledge of core branches of Engg. I've done electronics engg in Pune. When I attended private coaching to prepare for GATE entrance in final year of engg I understood that prof in my engg college lacked fundamental knowledge.
Love to hear the new updates on Kaveri engine. Also on the new Ganga project on reverse engineering of Russian made Al31 engine. I think with these two projects we will certainly have a jet engine of our own in the near future.. even if it may not have the required thrust factor for Tejas we can still utilise it for ucav and then further develop for Tejas..
I always though Tejas is just some basic aircraft to match basic MIGs etc, watching this makes me struck with wonder on the achievements, basically ground work is totally set for India to infact overtake most so called advanced nations, info such as fully digital system, unstable design is just extraordinary, feel quite stupid though after listening to such erudite people, will keep me humble for life no matter what one achieves (hopefully)
I am thrilled to see the capabilities that DRDO has developed by partnering with Academia and Industry. Tejas is an important acheivement but these technologies are crucial for future endeavors of ADA & DRDO. As usual, great episode and I am eagerly waiting for more!
Wohooo ! one never knew there were so many intricacies involved in the Tejas programme . Anantha Sir , this series is a real eye-opener . Once sincerely hopes that all those "knowledgeable" people who always seem to point fingers , are being answered . Great job TMH. Keep up the good work with the Tiranga pinned to the chest .
Dear Dr. Anantha Krishnan M sir , I request you to kindly make a similar segment like this exclusively for ISRO . Their test facilities , scientists , projects , explaining mechanisms etc Thank you.
Wow! Amazing details! Thanks very much Sir. One query, hope still we use the GE engines. Is there any development happening to have our own indigenous engines? What about Kaveri engine development at GTRE? Any good progress? Curious to know. Thanks again for this effort.
Swami Vivekananda died in July 1902 and Jamsetji died two years later, unaware that their shared vision would be realised five years later. The Tata Institute of Science was born in 1909 and renamed the Indian Institute of Science (IISC) in 1911. The seed was sown in the mind of Jamsetji by Swami Vivekananda. Happy to know how an idea sown long back is connected to the success of Tejas.
Hi all, to all those watching this series and those who subscribed this channel, its very sad that this channel and this series has less views. We are 26000 subscribers, if we share this program to other students, professionals, share as whatsapp status and insta reels, facebook posts, definately in future we will get more kota harinarayan and brilliant scientist. I am just a viewer and admirer of this channel. Lets do this. Lets bring more than 1 lakh energentic subscribers... If time killing famliy vlogs and travel vlogs can bring 1 million views, why can't " HAMARA TEJUS ".
Great video as usual. Have you considered reaching out to Prof. Vijay Kumar at UPenn in the US who does a lot of research on robotics and drones? Perhaps he or his current and former students can be a consultant with DRDO and other institutions to help the Indian drone program. Namaste.
Hello sir...can you put a light on the future program updates in short clips at the end of each episode like program such as Tejas mk2, AMCA...just to keep your viewers more curious and interested....in your channel..it is just a suggestion
First question if anyone could answer this. Why Tejas paint looks different than others fighter aircraft paint. It looks way more glossy than others. Any reason for this..?
My question to the Pannel members, we have two majo Easter & Western enemies i.e. China & Pakistan... Considering their airforce strength, where do Tejas stand when it's compared to similar 4 to 4.5 gen fighters !!! Would like to get expert opinion 🙂
It's not capable of fighting, its role is different... It will replace and fill the gap of Mig-21. But its a good achievement for us as a nation now we have experience of 4.5 Gen Aircraft manufacturing which is not a small task. Now we can work on developing more superior aircrafts like AMCA.
@@vikaspanchal8015 Who said it is not capable of fighting. LOL I also thought the same at the time when 48000 crore deal was signed. The fact is Tejas mk1a is a fighter aircraft fully capable of fighting Legacy warriors like F16 or the new fighter air craft JF17. You just need to check the RCS of Tejas, Its weapon systems and its EW suite and you will know.
Jet engine , ejection seat and Refueling probe ...we need to work on these subsystem ...we have covered jet engine technology 90% now assign other 2 to any two IITs
I think inspite of 23mm Canon we should go with 20mm cartridges as it can be stored more and 23mm cartridges can produce heavy shakes recoils for ultra light composite body of Tejas. Same happened when US airforce inducted thunderbolt Vulcan cannon to F16 to replace thunderbolt. But cancelled as recoil of gun was too much for F16 light body
Sir, I have heard in different videos that as we have integrated systems sourced from different countries many times these systems don't crosstalk with each other's. I have heard that it's a horrific situation in Sukhoi-30 MKI. Is it the same with Tejas? I am from medicine background, not a technical person. Please pardon me if it is a nonsense question 🙏
Awesome episode! Sir, I have a question. Is it possible to harvest the energy/power received from the lightning? If yes, is it worth doing it? I guess it is already being stored in a capacitor. Thanks! 🙏
Simply awesome, encouraging, and positive episode.... Thanks to you that we are actually getting to know what we developed during tejas program. Request you to make same series on other weapon program too like brahmos, agni, arjun insas etc
There is no chances for Tejas to fly with Indigenous engine. But AMCA and TEDBF second batch hopefully use our indigenous engine. Kaveri dry thrust engine definitely going to use in GHATAK.
I want to know security of these guys.. This very dangerous that foreign countries will get more info 9f this guys... Mostly they know already.. But security of these guys
I don't know how many of work them, but Here Indians dreams not achieved because aircraft jet engine is not developed and almost 30 years time taken, Here engineers from prestige colleges (IIT, NIT, IISc), this engineers are want money or i am IIT student, even PHD person, i did my Pg , BTech, or PHD , i am a IIT person, Finally I am conclude, Anyone have self reluctance, or self learning, challenge are facing, sort the issue, this skills are needed to human being.
Wish our govt paid our scientists more by cutting useless pensions to politicians, we all know why engeenering colleges are moving to numbers rather than moving to real tech
Kids watch Biggboss.
Adults watch Netflix.
Legends watch Hamara Tejas.😎

Watching and listening Dr.Kota ,make me feel nostalgic, it's so cool , I am civil engineer with interest In aerospace too now ,it's fascinating.
Definitely want an interview with the guys that played role in making of composite materials for Tejas.
To know about a hero, you need a hero tell about that hero, this is what Anantha sir is doing.
Just love your work.
Thank you sir for bringing us these episodes..we would never get such detailed information about Tejas. Thank you ❤

One thing I like in all these videos is interviewer asks question to attract young people. Hope young students inspire and join these institutions

Why Tejas can not supercruise with GE engine, while Gripen can with same engine?? Design flaw???
Best show
Sir, could you also inform where are we with indigenous development of Kaveri engine?
29:45 Totally agree, IT engineers "so called" need just basic english and not even basic maths, high time some changes are made
Awesome episode! Sir, I have a question. Is it possible to harvest the energy/power received from the lightning? If yes, is it worth doing it? I guess it is already being stored in a capacitor. Thanks! 🙏
love this sir
I realized that India was a hotspot in the late 1980s.
One suggestion......introduce your channel to IAF air cadets ,they are good aircraft enthusiast and will also be good loyal followers.
Simply awesome, encouraging, and positive episode.... Thanks to you that we are actually getting to know what we developed during tejas program. Request you to make same series on other weapon program too like brahmos, agni, arjun insas etc
why are we not making a flying test bed for Kaveri engine programme,
just like this lighting test facility.
Any update on Amca program
Proud IISc alumnus here :-)

Can you please start a series on jet engines likes of kaveri or other engines in research or production
Why Tejas can not super cruise with GE engine, while Gripen can with same engene. The reason could be a more drag becos of some design fault or choice
Jai hind
Sir please have one more episodes about aircraft engine technology
What's the issue with canon operationalisation?
I think we need to include more practical in our engineering courses rather than only theoretical
I am so possive of about Tejas ...
Off topic, India need to build under water, torpedo equipped, long range, long endurance drones immediately.
Dear sir, please ask his kindness kota Hari Narayan sir about engine.
Sir i am very much worried about crashes of hal dhruv helicopters crashes this doesn't make us different from Chinese goods.
