I have often wondered the same thing. I don’t think there has ever been a case quite like this one. It’s unprecedented-so the judicial system probably is as at as much of a loss as we are.

It just really aggravates me that while Fancy made the decision long ago to take this on AND HELP who she believed to be someone she truly is not and instead of joining their circus she stayed true to what is right and she spent so much time and effort to bring the truth out while not only being berated and harassed beyond belief by the Blanchard's but also on the internet. If it were not for this ladies moral to do what was right and keep fighting for justice all this time no matter how much she was put through, she kept going. If it were not for Fancy, we all may have never found out what we know now and certainly not this soon.
