So much scams down here in the comments
If TSLA realized its fair market value today, the PE would be >200. I think it will stay undervalued for a quite a while, but when the next breakout happens, it will be sweet.
My go long on TSLA is anything below $50. I will not touch it for a long anything higher than that. I think all the car companies are in big trouble, right here, right now. last weekend My portfolio made it to $20m total, started from $1m, investing weekly dividends in long term ETFS that’s my route. to the moon
Are you a pro? What’s your cash flow like.
No I'm not, Katherine Elizabeth Humphreys is behind my growth, look her up or make proper research for one who is suitable with your goals.
Kath is a wonderful trader, Im happy seeing this recommendation, she looked more beautiful in person when I saw her in New York.
Don’t fall for the FUD!!
I voted all my XX,XXX shares in support of the board proposals
Thank you I voted in favor with the board
It was so easy to vote. Edward Jones sent me email, 3 minutes later I had confirmation that I voted! Let's win this !
pay him!!!!
I already voted two weeks ago. Of course I voted yes.
Herbert who is the Amish dude?
Your grinding hard w the content brother thank you 💯💪🙏 , 100k soon Herbert 🙏 much deserved
Thank you 🙏
DELAWARE is too Authoritarian OUTSIDE the Law… Move out and to Texas.
And corrupt. Hunter Biden said: "'he personally knows every judge in Delaware'" We should probably believe him and he probably has more influence then his brain dead dad.
Yes and Yes. 11,000% gain since 2010 IPO. STOP CRYIN' & START BUYIN'. I own 7750 TSLA. $219 Basis.
Best to not let people know what you have, for your security...
$219 awfully high for being in the name that long.
I have the solution!!!! Shareholders can opt to give their voting privileges to Elonand this is done until Elon has 25%
Pay him anything other is an action of a thief. Sue the Delaware court, because they made so many harm to all shareholders.
Tesla has my vote
I just contacted my brokerage. I will be able to vote in a few days
Voted yesterday & bought more stock today 😜
That judge is corrupt imo.

Thanks for the video!
@ Herbert, was that letter send out by mail or e-mail to the shareholders? My bank in Germany does not even know what I’m talking about, asking them about the voting docs. The Tesla web site is no help at all either.
Just voted. Peace
I voted the boards recommendations.
Elon Musk for King 👑 Musk-eteer 👑 King of the World 👑 Mars-bound 👑
Yes
why would institutional investor and funds not vote yes on both proposals??? i think all these ads are trying to get retail investors more involved to clear any doubt that all investors support both proposals, elon, and move to texas
PLEASE notice! after several mails and telefon contact: there is NO possibility to vote for german shareholders as europeans as well, at least without transfer yours shares
I had the same problem. I asked last week trade Republic and got a negative answer. I also asked scalable and also there I get a neg. Answer. There is no possibility to vote for Elon and the board from Germany . It's a shame.
@@SertacErbay That's just wrong. (not you, but that y'all can't vote)
I can vote (live in Denmark) is it just a German thing?
Maybe someone can send me a link, where I can see how to vote from Germany. This would be nice.
It depends on the broker IBKR can
Voted. A vote for progress.
Nice
I voted for all board suggestions
I voted the recommendations. I hope they were helpful for the company or I’m going to feel like an idiot 😂.
Can u pls discuss the challenges from WAYVE- everyone is avoiding this .... thanks
It's not worth much consideration and has been mentioned. Are you worried about "challenges" from Mercedes or Ford Blue Cruise?
If you are a Tesla shareholder and you vote no, you are a turkey voting for Christmas
I really thought tesla would be above 200 by now, this is crasy
This immoral government treachery is part of the problem. If the vote fails we all lose.
Why would Elon continue to believe in us shareholders and Tesla if we can't even follow thru on *a deal is a deal?*
Voted all my shares in favor of Elon and the move to Texas!
Looking to Uncle Leo for his casting vote

If not improved then I think Elon will focus more on his other companies and he might even step dow. Elon deserves the package and for anyone thinking he has money enough think about what he is doing with the money. He puts them all back into other great companies. Elon doesnt live in luxery and he was promised the pay. We All bennefitted from his work and I am 100% sure that if he doesnt get it he will step down. If he does the short sellers will be very happy because the stock will tank. I for one will sell all my Tesla stocks if Elon leaves.
Come on they saw an opportunity look at the size of the settlement package for the lawyers. That’s what it was all about.
Extremely well written letter to shareholders. No blackmailing or threats of what may happen if voters were to choose not to pay Elon for his services -- which might have left bad taste in the mouth and potentially turn off some share-holders.
Voted!
I VOTED
I'm with two online brokers in Aussie and they both told me can't help with voting for Tesla.
That's just wrong, similar problems in Europe I hear.
When will the results of the vote become known?
Creativity is not a good thing in a judge or a banker
heard this robin lady has sold like 50 mil worth of stock this year tho.. any info on that guys?
It's a tiny percentage of her holdings and was preplanned some 6 months ago as required, immaterial.
@@Mrbfgray ty for clarifying this
@@andrewblack203 NP. BTW she's very active and currently publicly--bringing awareness of the crucial BOD proposals on the ballot. We all better hope #'s 3 and 4 pass.
@@Mrbfgray i agree i hope everyone goes outs and votes
Chek out motley fool, “1 Magnificent EV Stock Down More Than 50% to Buy and Hold Forever” Not 100% accurate but maybe 98.5%. It’s the most comprehensive analysis done outside us Tesla fan boys !
NO. DON'T have a different channel of short clips. have a 4 minute news report that just gives stuff THAT'S NOT SPECULATION/RUMORS.
I spilt my vote between the two measures.
The package preservation got an obvious yes. The judge has zero right to dismiss my vote in my company.
However moving to Texas incorporation is stupid and was an emotional suggestion that makes no sense. Appeal the ruling in Delaware and stay, overall policy there is better than Texas by far. Another judge like this one won't strike again. So I voted against reincorporation in Texas.
That same judge has sat in several Tesla and Musk cases already. She’s clearly too close to the Democrats, and is anti Musk. It’s insane to make Tesla remain vulnerable to her activism again.
There must be consequences for the Delaware treachery, and they can no longer be trusted. What's the benefit of staying? Sure wouldn't incorporate there NOW.
Biden said "there are many ways to go after Elon." His boy Hunter said "I personally know every judge in Delaware" Those might be the only two statements they have ever said that we should believe.
I was really for the Vote but Elon firing all of the charging team, put me off. Not the firing per se, but the why and the resulting extreme rash decisions he made. Elon sometimes is his own worst enemy and has hurt Tesla in this and other cases.
S&P and Nasdaq hit All Time High while Tesla stock is 56% below all time high 😢
Perfect time to buy.
如果沒有Elon 會有今天的Tesla 嗎
那位法官瞭解嗎⋯⋯顯然是不懂,無知。
Ah, Adam Jonas Brothers. Better than most analysts but still has some dumb takes like 50K Cybertrucks per year.
MOST important event ever??? REALLY???
Probably will crash 20% whether ratified or not. Either crash because gotta give elon 10% of the company. Or crash because elon quit if he doesn't get it
You don’t understand share options 🙄
Next month, next quarter, next year. Everything is the most important. Dead money. Uugh.
I don't know, I think Tesla didn't dot all their I's and cross all their "T's" in the original submission. Now Elon is having a hissy fit and moving their incorporation to Texas. They may regret that in time. The reason most companies register in Delaware is because it's more favorable than any other state to business.
Delaware used to be.
The other states have caught up.
The judgement was political.
No company with a brain will be incorporating in Delaware from now on.
"If you don't give Elon what he wants, he will destroy your investment."
Nice!
That’s not what they’re saying. The point is, if he’s not paid for the work he’s already done, in other words if shareholders shaft him and renege their contract, he might, entirely reasonably, decide to move on.
At the minimum he will be more likely to develop new ideas and projects in other entities. For the very simple reason that he believes that it is necessary for control to be held by someone who understands what is at risk with AI, and institutional investors do not satisfy that requirement.
NO--WE will destroy our investment. *A DEAL IS an F'n DEAL!* Have you zero integrity?
@@edwardhackett-jones8126 Well said. Hopefully these children with zero ethical standards or understanding, don't hold many shares.
@@edwardhackett-jones8126 He is getting paid. He has a lot of shares. But he wants 25% control "or else"... If that control was so important to him, he wouldn't have dumped lots of shares to buy Twitter.
Also, the 2018 comp plan is bigger than any other CEO in history. Makes no sense. Others have delivered similar or better returns for a fraction of what Elon got.
I am blocking you because too often you have posted videos about the competition in robotics and my only interest in that field is Optimus. I followed you for Tesla-related stories but of course, you can post what you wish it's just not for me.
Elon shouldn't have pissed off shareholders by firing the supercharger team before the vote. It's beyond terrible judgement.
So often you pose the very question in your handle.
Here’s a thought; this isn’t about anything that’s going on now. This is about a contract formed between Tesla and its shareholders and Elon Musk in 2018. It’s a contract which he has fulfilled, and we now must do likewise. To fail in that duty would be an act of profound shame and would display a complete absence of integrity.
Here’s another thought; if you’ve not really read the history of Musk’s career, perhaps you should. He’s got where he is now by being who he is now. His decisions over the last couple of months are nothing new. It’s part of how successful he and his companies are. It’s not easy, it’s not always right in the short term, but he knows what he’s doing.
If you’d base your decision on something so insignificant, I strongly recommend you invest elsewhere, perhaps in a savings account, because you’re too emotional to be investing, especially in something so volatile as Tesla.
@@edwardhackett-jones8126 The fact of the matter is that Elon screwed up with Tesla from the start.
In a war you must control the propaganda.
And Elon didn't even try.
He cancelled the PR department and failed to educate people about the benefits of the transition to evs with educational ads.
In his weapons grade arrogance he said our cars are so good they will sell themselves. And they are but that doesn't help if people don't know about it. The money he saved by not having ads and a PR department now gets very expensive for Tesla. The only idea Elon has to increase demand is lower the price. Talk about 4d chess. That's a one dimensional attitude. And it doesn't work, of course because he let the lies run rampant. Like a father who tells his son to ignore the bully. We all know how that turns out but Elon doesn't. That's how stupid he is. The bullies have controlled the narrative for over ten years now telling people that it takes very long to charge, that the range is insuffiicient, that evs catch on fire, that they are more expensive. And now Elon is all surprised that people use their IRA money to buy plugin hybrids instead.
The root cause of it all is Elon's arrogance and lack of foresight. And now he is letting good hard working people pay the price for his epic strategic failure.
@@edwardhackett-jones8126 also id destroyed an insane part of shareholder value by pissing away 44 billion of Tesla shares for his rightwing crusade. He sent Tesla down a downward spiral and he even has the guts to say I don't care about the stock price when stock is a huge part of the compensation for Tesla employees. Elon deserves his compensation package minus the value he destroyed.
He's freeing up capital to spend on AI ($10B this year). It's simply a matter of priorities. The charger business is tiny and mostly meeting current demand.
@@michaelbone6894 first of all it is by far not meeting current demand. Second of all if id had informed everybody in time and called out the lies about evs Iowam effective way id wouldnt have had to cut prices. And if he hadn't cut prices he would have more than enough money to spend on ai. It all comes down to his stupidity and arrogance. If you want the world to transition to renewable energy you must inform the world about the benefits of the transition. And he flat out refused to do so. Believing that everybody wants a Tesla they just cannot afford it. Bullshit. Many people don't know anything about Tesla and the little they do know are the lies mainstream media told unchecked.
I’m voting no. I won’t vote for anything that exceeds 2 billion.
So you want to destroy the stock. Why?
*A deal is a deal,* do you consider yourself a Commie or just immoral?
@@Mrbfgrayread the court opinion. There was no deal. The shareholder vote was defective primarily because it was submitted to shareholders under the pretense it was negotiated. There was no meaningful negotiation. Elon essentially drafted his own comp plan and the board rubber stamped it.
The whole situation is egregious and unseemly. The board should be replaced. If either of us is immoral about this issue it’s you. You are sitting there misrepresenting this ‘deal’. If someone at gunpoint asks you to sign a contract and you do - there is no deal because your acceptance was defective. A defective acceptance is no acceptance.
And by the way in the land of capitalism we don’t give away 56 billion out of some weird subjective sense of ‘fairness’. Elon is not owed this money - that’s why a shareholder vote is required. The irony of your words are astounding.
@@singed8853 Complete BS. WE ALL KNEW exactly who the BOD were and the stakes involved. *Do you understand that Tesla would not exist without Elon accomplishing the impossible?* That WE ALL gained 10X along with him for the incredible effort and brilliant success??
That pay pkg is the most aligned to shareholder interest ever, had he not created unbelievable value *he would get ZERO!* Any other CEO would have laughed at that offer.
Tesla has an exceptionally good BOD. I trust you clueless immoral Noobs don't own many shares.
I skimmed the pathetic corrupt judge's tome too, she tipped her hand in the very first sentence by even mentioning his wealth.
If you bought before the comp plan when it was nothing and he 1000X your money you would think otherwise. My friend went from 36k to 11 million. Not bc of Tesla bc of Elons decisions . Pay the man! You wouldn’t work for free for years?
@@TeslaBull25no one at Tesla is owed more money than the company has made in lifetime profits. It’s perverse to argue otherwise.
The company earned the money - not the efforts of one man - and the shareholders own the company. There is no legitimate argument in my view that Elon should get even a fraction of what the board is asking us to approve. It doesn’t mean he worked for nothing. Submit a realistic pay package to shareholders and I’ll vote in favor of it. He can have 500 million in stock. He already benefitted more than any other shareholder and I have no issue with him getting zero salary if that were to happen. This is our money as shareholders not his wallet.
Mark zuckerberg works for a $1 salary for Meta. To answer your question I would work as CEO for either company for free - it would be the easiest decision in my life. No CEO commands billions in salary and most shareholder CEOs take zero or limited pay for obvious reasons. They massively benefit from the stock price going up - a giant salary on top of it becomes egregious. We are dealing with perhaps the greediest man on earth and we have people carrying his water. He is lucky he isn’t in jail for what he did with solar city.
Why should we vote for the approval if Elon misses deadlines
fires his employees only to put more $ into his pockets in the long run for his 25% control.
He sold $tsla to buy Twitter, knowing what it would do to shareholders
He advertised his comp plan but won't advertise a product?
More vocal on politics than actual business.
With all the new competition in the industry does it really make sense for investors put back in?
Or invest some where else where there is a bigger potential?
*A DEAL IS A DEAL.* Have you zero integrity?
How is it hard to understand that we were sprinting toward Authoritarian tyranny in the USA and that free expression is the only hope of stopping that and the *TESLA* can't exist under authoritarian rule? Tesla wouldn't have even existed outside the USA....the free enterprise rule of law version we used to be.
Freeing Twitter was probably most important thing Elon has ever done, nothing else he's done would matter if the USA continued to self destruct via mass mind control.
YOU should definitely sell any TSLA you may have, you don't deserve to profit off the incredible productive work ethic and brilliance of Elon Musk.
My gawd, Tesla is coming apart at the seems due to one man's narcissism.
Yours?
I believe Kathy Woods has a lot of votes 🫠
