Out of 100 concealers I've purchased high end and drug store, everything looks terrible on my undereyes due to my textured wrinkled undereyes, but the Pat McGrath has looked the best on me. Nothing actually looks good when you have crepey wrinkles it's just a matter of what looks the least terrible. PML Sublime is a very lightweight thin formula yet creamy good coverage (yet it didn't fully cover my circles and I have to use color corrector), non creasing non drying and sets on its own. I also like the very hydrydating Tarte Creaseless concealer but it always looks shiny and never dries down unless you put powder over it which only ages me. So far those two have been the least dry and aging on me.
Yes, I’m 60 and i also love the Pat McGrath concealer. I don’t powder either. I also have backup coz on no makeup days I use it in the centre of my face and under my eyes. It covers the redness I have. I’m in shade Lm9.
I loved the Estée Lauder concealer for a while but realized that while it covered well, it didn’t last all day. My current go tos are the Pat McGrath for more glam days and NARS radiant concealer for more natural days. I also use the Charlotte Tilbury corrector underneath pretty much any concealer I use.
🤩 This is how I know everyone's skin is soooo different. I tried the Tarte shape tape that everyone loves and it didn't work for me. I tried Estee lauder and it didn't work for me. I have not given up though, I will try a few more concealers, especially ones on your list. I have really, really dark circles under my eyes and it seems like alot of make up creases up. Thanks for your lovely video. 😍
I LOVE the Shiseido concealer! It works really well for me. I found the foundation didn’t live up to the hype for me and I decluttered it. But I used the concealer today after not having used it in some time and I was reminded how much I like it.
Can confirm that Laura Mercier and Pat Mcgrath doesn't suck on 20-year-olds either lol 🤭❤ Loved the video! Concealer is such a holy grail for me, I usually skip foundation (or go for a tinted mousturiser/skin tint) and spot conceal! 🥰 And I love hearing recommendations intended for mature skins, since my dehydration lines give me major trouble (coffee>water any day 🥴) Sending love to all, have a great day ❤ x
The Dior Forever concealer is fabulous! I was using shade 0N for a year and while it bordered on being too dark, I made it work because the formula is so good. Then I learned they had a 00N shade available only on their website, which is annoying, but I bought it and it's a great skintone match!
OH I love watching your videos. Totally agree with Clinique...I cannot buy a single thing from them. I'm quite warm golden Olive skin and none of their cosmetics suit those skin types. So far the only concealer that works for my 50 yrs old skin in Montreal Winters is Nars Shade Ginger (fragrance free), ...Corrector Lancome in Peach but this product does tend to crease a bit. Girl never stop posting for us, I adore you. Cheers :)
Hi Charlotte , I have my fav 1 , estee lauder double ware , 2 , charlotte Tilbury , 3 armani luminous silk , 1a under all Becca peach correction, this stops all these concealers creasing , i could not believe it , i tested it with all of all these above concealers with and without , but i could not believe my eyes , you only need a fraction and i use a brush and i am mature , and its perfection for me . i use a concealer to match my foundation , always have . but i am thinking of trying chanel foundation but i will need to buy a concealer to buy to match also so i am still investigating ! having a mature dry skin i need to obtain all my info yet as i need to spend my money wisely ! take care stay safe my love liz xxx ps double ware apply to a palette then apply with a brush alot better than the doefoot !
Have you tried Tarte Shape Tape or Bye Bye under eye It Cosmetics? I have recently purchased PM concealer and whilst I do love it I do think IT Cosmetics is just as good if not slightly better
I used the Too Faced concealer to cover my discolorations and acne marks when I had them, because like you, it was too much to have under my under eye area. I like the Kaja Don't Settle concealer for my under eye area, it is light and doesn't crease in the lines.
I love the too faced born this way concealer. I’ve gone through so many. I only wear it with a tintend moisturiser, otherwise it can look really heavy. Thank you Charlotte 😀
That's the one concealer that I really want but there isn't a shade for my very fair, cool toned skin. Too Faced base products run very yellow, even the so called rosy/cool options, and I was hopeful when they extended the shade range to add more fair options but even the ones labeled very fair are too dark and almost orange.
Hey can you try more clean or non toxic concealer and color corrector. Like illa, kosas, pasifica, fitglow I know that kosas and fitglow have samples you can order 😉 thankyou
The Huda beauty one used to be my favourite! Just too thick at times and people used to tell me I have too much makeup on. Tbh if that's the same tube from 3 years ago and you opened it and enjoyed it for 1-2 yrs when you open it then it makes sense.
It's funny how everyones skin is different. I have mature dry undereyes and the nars creamy concealer creases like nothing else but the pat mcgrath one works great.
That's crazy I'm 51 with very dry crepey undereyes that even flake when putting concealers on yet the Pat McGrath is one of the least drying on me of any concealer I own and Nars is far thicker and more drying on me Than Pat's. The only concealer I've used that was hydrating and stayed that way was Tarte creaseless. It never dries down its very emollient like Becca undereye brightening correctors. Tarte Shape Tape, Too Faced BTW in the big tube, all the drugstore duping attempts of Tarte S.T. (like Covergirl in the shape tape sized tubes, Loreal infallible full wear, pretty much any matte or self setting concealer looks dry and aging as f on me. Even concealers that claim to be hydrating like Laura Mercier Flawless Fusion, Nars Radiabt Creamy, Nyx Born to Glow, Maybelline Undereye Eraser, anything in a pot they're all so drying and cake city on me. The concealers I reach for are the Tarte Creaseless and the Pat McGrath Sublime. I used to like the Chanel Longwear concealer until they changed the formula. I loved the gel texture but didn't like that even the lightest shade 10 was skin toned for me and not light enough for my undereyes.
I love your ranking but I think you should have mentioned the shelf life of the products, as well. The shelf life of the hourglass one is 12 months and the PM is 6 months, something very important to keep in mind as it ends up being a double expense yearly and being a liquid/cream product that's applied near the eye area, it's important to stick to those times.
I designed want to try the pat mcgrath but have no idea what shade to get!!!! These days the kosas is my favorite. Also like the new tarte super creamy one.
For me Estée Lauder it’s the one that works the best on me….Thanking you for sharing with us the good bad and the ugly….I have a question do you still use any of the products that you used when you first started your channel?. Thanx for the video love you heaps lovely lady 💯🇦🇺♥️ BTW lipstick amazing…♥️
Hi Charlotte, thanks for the ranking I agree 100%. I would like to make a question, how long will the tacha silk canvas last ? The self live is only 6 months . Kisses from Spain 🤗😘😘
For the Huda Overachiever concealer, I don't think it stopped working for you because your skin changed but because it is old. I took home a big sample from Sephora and eventually it went goopy, super thick, wouldn't blend, it just goes bad. It's not you.
You read my mind! I’m in the market for a new concealer. Do you think the Pat would still look natural without foundation? I don’t wear foundation and only spot conceal around the face and under eyes.
"It stinks of hedge" 😂😂 I didn't expect to hear that today!! I'm with you on the PM and HG, they're absolute corkers. I do find myself using the Milani Conceal and Perfect (or is it hydrate? I dunno, one of them anyway) on occasion. What about undereye powders? Mine are PM, of course, the becca undereye powder and the Laura Mercier one. ❣❣❣
Aaaah, Charlotte, why not 10?! The PMG one looks amazing - I'm currently using a mix of the Tarte Shapetape and the Uoma ones, the shades are perfect, but at 36, I think they're too thick/matte for my poor skin. I'll get the PMG one as soon as I finish mine up!
I followed your advice and tried PM concealer and love it. I also love Clinique's Beyond Perfecting Super Concealer! I thought I was the only one who liked it! It's very natural on me and never creases just brightens up my whole undereye area. I agree that the colors aren't very good but in my opinion Clinique's foundation and concealer colors are pretty bad. I don't understand them at all. Thanks for another entertaining and informative video!
My 🔝 concealers are in order: 1. Oh my love concelear of ClioMakeUpShop (medium coverage and it never creases) 2. Dior forever correct 3. Huda Beauty overachiever concelear
Urgh, at 35 and with two little daughters, I simply don't have time for unreliable make up. My holy grail concealer is the Too Faced BTW (only TF product I actually love), followed by Pat McGrath and in third place, Kosas Revealer. I've been watching your channel pretty much from the start, so I remember Huda concealer days 😁
Wowwww, 6 shades of the Pat McGrath concealer!?? 😲 You definitely love it! 😊😊 I love concealers so much. I have about 5 brand new ones to open later on. But have been currently using my Urban Decay Stay Naked Weightless concealer
Thx for sharing ☺️🌹❤️ I have just ordered the Pat mcgrath and kosas concealer for comparison 😉 My go-to used to be YSL touch e'clat concealer and Dior forever skin corrector, recent favorite is the Bareminerals new formulated original liquid concealer
Wow that was a lot of information to take in LOL. I love the Dior Forever the Pay Mcgrath I may need to try a different shade to see if I love it. Thanks for sharing. I have now added a few to my wishlist 🤗
The only concealer that truly covers my dark circles is the Uoma Beauty Stay Woke. I've tried the majority of full coverage concealers, some I've decluttered and bought again later like PMG and Shape Tape, and while they were fuller coverage on the face, they weren't under the eyes. I've even tried color correcting first but I haven't found one with a shade and formula that I like. I'm also vampire pale with a strong cool undertone and so it's not always easy finding a concealer that matches my skintone. I continue to try new concealers when they come out but so far, none cover as well as Uoma Beauty.
That's so funny I always associate you with the Huda concealer, even when I bought it I thought of you. Oh well I'll do the same with Pat McGrath now! 🤍 I probably try more concealer & far more critical than any other product. This might be unpopular especially for a real mature woman but Shape Tape remains a holy grail and I do like Juvia's Place concealer. Both are thicker, perhaps this covers the line of my bags better & matte flattens them out? IDK, but I struggle with shade with both (and most) I'm a light/medium very cool-toned person and most brands only make cool-tone for fair & light... Nevertheless, I'm willing to try the Pat McGrath, for some reason I thought it was a very thin, no coverage type concealer?! I'll give it a go because I agree with the others you mentioned (Armani was such a disappointment,). Thanks for sharing as always! 🤍. Xo

Hourglass concealor went bad super quick! Smelled like rotten fish after two months. 🤢 for so much money I would expect it to last a little longer than that after opening. My favorite is the cle de peau concealer
I have so many concealers always looking for the next best thing. But the Dior is my fav!!! Adore it. I next would say power fabric by Armani. And no joke the Kylie cosmetics is great. Lol. I have several shades. It’s been 5$ here since she changing formula.
I think I need to try more Pat stuff, I bought my first eyeshadow quad online yesterday, can't wait to try. Every concealer under my eyes flakes - very annoying. z
You have beautiful skin, so I am confused about most of the concealers here. Armani’s: Luminous Silk is much better, Glossier: Stretch concealer, Dior: Forever. But with a nice under eye cream, CT’s Magic Vanish for any blue marks, you can use any high-end foundation instead of concealer. Btw Chantecaille’s Future Skin (in the jar) under eyes is just amazing. What ages under eyes is the look of dry skin. Hydration all the way!
The hourglass concealer is the only one that doesn’t crease on my 45 years old under eyes, unfortunately the pat mcgrath creased way too much so I gave it away
Hey Charollet really liked these types of rankings video👌👌My holy grails are patmac’s nd too faced❤️❤️ nd will try the shiseido one.. tks for urs lovely videos 🥰
I'm shocked vanish makes me look like an old hag lol and I'm 37 as well. I wish it worked as good on me so I could use up what I have. But yes, I also won't be purchasing from them anymore. I'll have to try Pat!
Hi Charlotte, speaking of Hourglass did you see their new eyeshadow palette? WTF?! 3-5 shadows for $189?! How rude! Are they bananas?! Who is going to pay $30 a shadow plus the case? Totally out of touch with the customer's needs and wants. Instead of expanding their shade range, who asked for this eyeshadow palette? 🙄😜😘😄🤷♀️
You are my fav discovery on RUclips of 2020-21!
The Pat McGrath doesn’t crease on me and I’m 61. I also don’t need to powder it most of the time. Thanks for the ranking Charlotte.
Thanks for sharing!! its sooo good! x
Same here. Love it! Don't need powder at all with the Pat McGrath concealer 😊.
Same for me too , PML (Pat mcgrath labs) , I'm 60+ also, love the coverage, consistently, it just works for me
Out of 100 concealers I've purchased high end and drug store, everything looks terrible on my undereyes due to my textured wrinkled undereyes, but the Pat McGrath has looked the best on me. So far those two have been the least dry and aging on me.
I feel like no one talks about the nudestix concealer but that is my holy grail, its sooo good!!!
I actually messaged Taylor Frankel to thank her for the Nudestix cream concealer. Staggeringly good. Like actual skin. 😜
Great Video🥰 my nr 1 is the hourglass concealer, nr 2 magic away by CT, nr 3 the jeffree star one.
I agree with the clinique concealer... I m always wondering when I use it after a break... its amazing
Yes, I’m 60 and i also love the Pat McGrath concealer. I don’t powder either. I also have backup coz on no makeup days I use it in the centre of my face and under my eyes. It covers the redness I have. I’m in shade Lm9.

I LOVE the Shiseido concealer! It works really well for me. I found the foundation didn’t live up to the hype for me and I decluttered it. But I used the concealer today after not having used it in some time and I was reminded how much I like it.

Oh I love the Dior forever concealer and the Laura Mercier one. Oh and I forgot the make up forever one. It is lovely too 😍
The Dior Forever concealer is fabulous! I was using shade 0N for a year and while it bordered on being too dark, I made it work because the formula is so good. Then I learned they had a 00N shade available only on their website, which is annoying, but I bought it and it's a great skintone match!

Hour Glass is wonderful. The pat McGrath is good but I prefer the HG.
It's always so exciting when your number one is also mine! Love the Pat McGrath concealer!!!! Thanks for the video!!

Moisturize first, let the underlying dry down before applying concealer

Charlotte, you never cease to entertain me! 😅
Thanks for the concealer ranking. I may have to save my dollars for the Pat McGrath one. 🙂
Ahhhh I'm so glad! x
You won’t regret it, Dee. It’s incredible 🥰🥰

I still need to try the Pat McGrath concealer.. Currently I have been using the Dior Forever which I like.
Hi Charlotte, thanks for the ranking I agree 100%. I would like to make a question, how long will the tacha silk canvas last ? The self live is only 6 months . Kisses from Spain 🤗😘😘
I'm 29 and I Love the Huda concealer, mine is half füll, but already repurchased another one!
TYFS, SO I Love PM, that's all I use, 60+ years of age I am, does anyone know what's better for slight undereye bags???
Please try the Dior Forever concealer! I think it’s the absolute best.

Do you have any drugstore concealer list?
You read my mind! I’m in the market for a new concealer. Do you think the Pat would still look natural without foundation? I don’t wear foundation and only spot conceal around the face and under eyes.
"It stinks of hedge" 😂😂
I didn't expect to hear that today!!
Nobody did...🤣🤣
Aaaah, Charlotte, why not 10?!

I really need to try the PML concealer and her under eye powder
My 🔝 concealers are in order:
1. Oh my love concelear of ClioMakeUpShop (medium coverage and it never creases)
2. Dior forever correct
3. Huda Beauty overachiever concelear
Urgh, at 35 and with two little daughters, I simply don't have time for unreliable make up. Wowwww, 6 shades of the Pat McGrath concealer!?? 😲 You definitely love it! 😊😊 I love concealers so much. I have about 5 brand new ones to open later on. But have been currently using my Urban Decay Stay Naked Weightless concealer
I put hourglass in my hollow only, pat and then put Pat McGrath on top. My holy grail.
Which one do you like better Kosas or Pat? As I would love to know 😘
Charlotte what about Tarte?
Wow that was a lot of information to take in LOL. I love the Dior Forever the Pay Mcgrath I may need to try a different shade to see if I love it. Thanks for sharing. I have now added a few to my wishlist 🤗
The only concealer that truly covers my dark circles is the Uoma Beauty Stay Woke. I've tried the majority of full coverage concealers, some I've decluttered and bought again later like PMG and Shape Tape, and while they were fuller coverage on the face, they weren't under the eyes. I’ve tried recently the Rodial peachlighter and it’s the best by far even better than PML !
Thanks for sharing lovely! x
Hourglass concealor went bad super quick! Smelled like rotten fish after two months. 🤢 for so much money I would expect it to last a little longer than that after opening.
My favorite is the cle de peau concealer
Fun!! Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
Could your Huda be expired?
Wow this video is so informative for me
Thanks 😊 🙏 😊
I have so many concealers always looking for the next best thing. But the Dior is my fav!!! Adore it. I next would say power fabric by Armani. And no joke the Kylie cosmetics is great. Lol. I have several shades. It’s been 5$ here since she changing formula.
I need to try the Dior!! x
I think I need to try more Pat stuff, I bought my first eyeshadow quad online yesterday, can't wait to try.
Every concealer under my eyes flakes - very annoying. z
Ooooh your life is about to change....x
I struggle to choose which Pat McGrath one to buy as spoilt for choice!
A good problem to have for sure! x
You have beautiful skin, so I am confused about most of the concealers here. Armani’s: Luminous Silk is much better, Glossier: Stretch concealer, Dior: Forever. Great video. I'm obsessed with concealer. I buy them all. I'm hoping one day I'll find one that gets rid of my dark circles for good.lol
Hey Charollet really liked these types of rankings video👌👌My holy grails are patmac’s nd too faced❤️❤️ nd will try the shiseido one.. tks for urs lovely videos 🥰
Yay! Thank you! x
I'm shocked vanish makes me look like an old hag lol and I'm 37 as well. I wish it worked as good on me so I could use up what I have. But yes, I also won't be purchasing from them anymore. I'll have to try Pat!
Try Pat, I haven't heard anyone say they don't like it yet
What are you wearing on your eyes? I love it!
Concealers are one thing I haven’t tried a ton of!
I have been needing new concealer is their any you would recommend for undereye and wrinkels
My No1!! x
I love the Pat McGrath concealer! But….it’s been creasing on me, recently! 😭😭😭
Same! I feel like its dried out quite quickly, i cant even blend it out properly before it sets 😕
♥️♥️♥️ Love it ♥️♥️♥️
We could make a 10 with the Benefit Boing cake less but I think that was a sample in fairness
It was! xx
JOUER!
I did!!!! Nobody saw that coming lol x
Stinks of hedge 😂
