- The first Honda H'ness CB350 mileage test was a big fail. This is my second attempt and I believe we do have a figure that is more believable this time. You'll have to watch the video to know how much, but I can tell you this, it will seem plenty if expectations are not unrealistic.

Usually mileage increases after first service

@@iam_mk1 torque is higher at lower engine RPMs, also the BSFC(fuel consumption) is higher at lower engine RPMs!
BSFC is lower in the mid range RPMs (the optimum engine RPMs), but the torque drops at higher RPMs.
Look for the Torque + BSFC graph over engine RPM on google!

Anything above 40 at that speed is good for this capacity engine.. guess this will go down in city to about 35 to 38.. but still it's a good number..
But most time of his ride touches 100 kmph and above so I think milage will not drop below 40 in city condition also...
In city there is no way you get 33. Will be below 30.

@@A.V.VINOD. No. That's a myth. I carefully tested it on my gixxer 250. Absolutely no difference. It's not true for modern vehicles. It's just an excuse used by service centres when people complain about mileage. The components are now made with such precision that there won't be any problem even if you don't run in the bike. But it's still advisable to stay within half the max rpm for the 1st few 100kms.
43 mileage for a 350 cc engine absolutely good

That's Honda Programmed fuel injection for you. My CBR250R also always gives an unbelievable 45-50kmpl, which most find hard to swallow.
So Honda always has its bag full of tricks under its sleeve😉
Although most owners get 22-25 mileage from cbr250r.
I was getting 52 kmpl from Pulsar 200NS in my initial days when i rode conservatively. But still after 8 odd years it still gives me 40-42 kmpl although i dont ride slow anymore.
Talking about mileage and honda..i get 60+ out of my 160 cc engine.
Lol, I ride my CBR full WOT. Touched 166kmph and ran out of road. Never in my weekends ride I ride slower. Am almost over triple digit speeds. Anyways, my Michelin Pilot Street Radials also play a role in the astounding mileage my baby blade gives.

Aane lagegi normal Honda showrooms mein..I feel.. Jis tarah ki bike hai definitely in terms of maintenance mujhe toh RE se bahot behtar lag rahi. I have been using honda for 8-9 years. And I'm more than happy with the services and build quality of my bike

Any figure above 40 is a very good number for a 350CC bike. It's definitely an awesome mileage especially when your crusing speed was in the range of 90 - 100 km/hr even though lesser number of gear shifts (since it's a highway ride) are taken into consideration. With low vibration level and a good fuel economy, it's worth buying I would say since Honda engines are really topnotch. Peace of mind is ensured with Honda brands since it offers a good build quality unlike RE.

unicorn if tuned properly would give way better fuel economy, You should tune your carburetor well enough.

On my 14 years old Thunderbird 350, I still get 42kmpl since I bought it but on highway and at 80kmph speed. So your numbers are better and speed is also higher.

Read newspapers, watch a lot of movies, TV shows in English. Practice in front of a mirror. Try talking as much as you can in English. One day you will improve a lot.

This motorcycle will definitely get 45+kmpl once 1st and 2nd service done. that's actually a good mileage figure. by the by all CB350 videos are good.

@@MrAmoLLL yeah bro! But I contacted the nearest bigwig dealer & thay said thay have plans for RSA like services or sending a specialist from our nearest normal honda showroom for service. Not sure, correct if am wrong.
The quoted mileage (43) was on a highway. I am very sure the number for city use will be lower (my guess is around 30-33) which should match the classic 350's mileage.

Even at 120 kph, the mirrors seemed surprisingly stable. NGL, I'm kinda impressed.
I see many people commenting that 43 kmpl mileage is damn good for a 350cc bike. But don't forget this is a long stroke engine where heat loss is lesser compared to short stroke engine (that's why there is no need for liquid/oil cooling). This always gives advantage in mileage. The trade off is top speed though.

BS6 fuels getting density values too low because of the mixing of ethanol (and other factors too)! Earlier it used to be 800 kg/m3 and now it has gone down to 700kg/m3 😅😅

actually 43.55 is damn good for 100kmpl speed and new bike. after couple of services and proper break down it will definitly increase. also if a normal speed of 60-70 is maintained it might give 50 kmpl.
