    Here a few quick points,
    1) I have tried to capture what the CB350 rider thinks about his bike when compared to Speed 400
    2) This video clearly speaks about what are the merits and demerits the cb350 rider felt
    3) If I wanted to show a particular bike in better light, I could have easily done that by deleting those points while editing
    4) I chose to be neutral
    5) Commenting here because I could see a guy troubling me, calling me names just because I didn’t use those words he probably wanted me to
Everyone has “Freedom of speech”, however it doesn’t mean that one can demean others. Respect is a two way game.

Well, the way you questioned him it looked like you are talking on specific point and trying hard to make him say yes for speed400. You could've given him for a ride and asked. Your review looked biased.
And as he said, speed400 is more of a youngster bike, for prince, and RS is more of a kingly bike for Kings.
And I'm the owner of none, but I'm pretty sure that's what most would think. Peace.

I've got the CB350 RS and I must admit apart from all the points everyone talks about(exhaust note, torque, refinement, reliability) I felt that the main point where the bike shines is it's consistent performance. Just ride it on highways 80km/hr constantly it is pure bliss. No heating No disturbing vibrations, it just feels that you can continue riding till you (the person) gets tired. The bike won't complain🙏

In bw the Triumph launched this bikes, I could have waited but can't hold off my ❤ towards Honda. I purchased it and few weeks back and clocked 600+km already. It is fun to ride bike and man that exhaust, refinement, mileage, those fat tyres, rarity in traffic and the queries from public plus the nature of bike is truely a bliss..

Here a few quick points, why I will choose CB350 over Speed 400:
    1) CB350 Mileage is very good.
    2) Service Cost. It's says 16000 KM or One Year for service. I think only extreme tourer can achive 16000 KM in One Year.
    3) Though in our city we have only two service centre of Honda BigWing. But Triumph have only one.
    4) Better to purchase bike which launch at least 6 month ago. Only then you will find the actual ride review. (If you can remember yezdi launch)
    5) Better to never cross 90 -100 in any road. CB350 can do that smothly.
It's my very personal thoughts. May be you have something else. 😀

    • @vikasshelke5544
      @vikasshelke5544 Год назад

That's the core point , Govt enforments are putting speed restrictions physically or digitally on every good high speed roads. 80 kmph will be norm in future . Besides it's tiring to ride at higher speeds say 120 -200 kmph for longer interval . I have ridden Hyabusa at 180 kmoh for max 30 minutes when roads were ebew and empty. Same roads are now.enchroched , trafficed and speed breakers.

Honda owner made an important comparison. Relaxed ride vs committed ride. True Speed 400 will attract youngsters more. We gotta admit these Triumph, Harley are trying to conpete against a benchmark, set by RE for decades. From a customer's perspective that is always welcome. But we need to wait one season before we get on road experience from owners who are purchasing these recently launched bikes.

It gave me a incredible average of 39 to 40 in the entire trip and I don't thing any bike would give such an avg. And the maintenance cost is pocket friendly.

Bruh I have a Honda cb350rs and I test drove the speed 400, in no way the speed 400 comes close in comparison seating position, when your on long rides your body is definitely going to ache because of the foot pegs which are a bit on the aggressive side and the vibration Jesus please don’t compare speed 400 to cb350rs for the above points I agree speed 400 is more powerful and lighter but if cruising is what your looking for from a bike then hands down it’s cb350rs. I recently completed a 900km ride it was a one day ride trust me I had 0 discomfort throughout the whole ride. I was effortlessly cruising at 100-120 with a mileage of 40-42 when cruising on speeds around 80-90 I got a mileage of 47.

RE and Honda have too much weight and difficult to hover through traffic, which Triumph has an edge, moreover someone looking for retro classic with good power and easy to manage motorcycle will be Triumph any day. Honda's biggest mistake I would say is they tried to be enfield if they had high revving engine for the rs it would be cherry on top and triumph is perfect the way it is but only for short and skinny riders!!

As a H'ness owner, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for any serious touring (300+ kms a day). It is way too underpowered for an open highway. I fell for the engine refinement etc. but ultimately power is what you need to tour. This may be at best a city bike.

Mere pas abhi 16 bikes hain. Jinme higness or cbr 250 bhi hai. Royal enfield. Dominar, Gt, thunderbird, karizma cbz, pulsar or bhi kai. But jo refinement Honda ki hai na.wo maza mujhe aaj tak kisi bike mein nahi mila. Ye mere personal openion hai. Main dominar 400 bhi chalata hoon or 2012 model CBR 250 bhi. Honda ko ye other companies refinement or smoothness mein match kar hi nahi sakta. Maine higness se jyada Smoth bike aaj tak nahi chalayi. Matlab uske engine ka sound hai hi nahi. Sirf exhaust ka sound hota hai. Dead silent. Honda, Honda hai.

I feel the character of the engine and its sporty look on the 400 puts it on the more sport/naked bike rather than a pure classic on the design spectrum, again with its riding position and size.
Although a beautifully created product I doubt it carries the feeling of a dedicated retro like its older siblings in the Bonneville and the speed/street twins, which are still by far the best retro motorcycles on the market.
People who have the desire to own a retro and classic motorcycle should definitely tilt towards the 350.

I'm from Mumbai. the service center is 2 mins away from my home, and 1 bigwing dealer is in the same area as well. I got it for 2.67 well again that will depend on which model you're selecting. I believe the yellow ones is couple of thousands more (not sure, check out).. I've got red ones, I always wanted red❤ I believe putting a backrest would mess up the look big time. If for touring you could detach it. Well speaking of mileage, there's a certain way of riding for getting good mileage, I get pissed off on my brother since he rides aggressively dropping the mileage. 😂 bike is awesome, even I was considering Continental GT. I believe that's a sexy bike..new ones got alloy and tubeless tire. Now lot many models jumping in this segment, I would suggest to be accepting and open, rather showing silly unwavering attachment towards any brand or bike.
