You’re an amazing teacher! Such dynamic moves! Is there a way you can do this so it doesn’t hurt your legs so much when you drop onto your forward fold??
Thank you. That is so sweet of you to say. 🥰Does it hurt your legs or the hip? You should actually land in your hip. If you want send me a video of your try over Instagram and I can see what you could change, to make it less painful. In general with a new move- if possible- lots of layers of cloth and getting used to the move and some pain. But of course not crazy pain- then something is to change 🤔🙌
That is a great question. I actually prepared a video for grip strength, which I post this week. It is many muscles involved in grip and you can train them in the same time as the bigger muscle group like shoulders , arms get stronger, they help for gripping so it is not “ cramping”. 😊🙌
Great instructor !!!!
Thank you 🥰💖
I'm so Grateful for your channel. Thank you so so much
