    Looks delicious,I made it the other day and I added fresh spring onions along with freshly shredded Pecorino remonoe and a little thymealong with usual basil , garlic salt and pepper.

    Thanks for the tip on the bread. I don’t like bread 🥖 so hard you can crack a tooth and the garlic and evoo brushed on the bread saves a lot of steps and time. Can’t wait to try this

    I usually put some cut up mozzarella and a shot of balsamic vinegar in mine , and I don’t use garlic in mine… just on the bread …but this looks yummy as well …

    Basil will turn dark after it's been cut. Wait until you're about to pour in the olive oil, then cut up your basil and add it. The lemon juice and olive oil will help it to resist going dark. The bright green is what you really need for bruschetta. Mangia Mangia.
