Some kid 6 to 8 years old right now is listening and pickin up these excercise tips, playing it out , learning reall fast..being the next ..one we'll see in 8 years on youtube...
When I searched this video I was expecting a live music set from one of the up and coming talents.. what I found was an inspiring man that has made me feel lazy in my guitar playing. Not only that. I have lost the love of learning the right way. What an inspirational young talent this guy is. Back to the drawing board for me.
Thank you Joe !!! you are my hero...you are like tommy E. son ;) i learned from you so many things and i grow up with this videos ... thank you for giving of love from music !! i hope i will see you in Czech republic again and you will play with Norbi Kovacs and Standa Barek again :)
fabulous!! JR just keeps honing his craft. thanks, Paul, for sharing. i dig Joe's style quite a bit indeed. hard to believe it's already been a decade since "Time Jumpin'" was released. i think when Mr. May built his first guitar back in the 1940's he had a guy like Joe Robinson (perhaps) in mind. fabulous!
Holy crap! I had the "Let Me Introduce You" album, and thought it was great back then, but he was really just a kid back then. He has matured into a force. He probably played this well back then also, but I wasn't aware. Great stuff.
Joe Robinson is perfect example how self taught musician can get so good if he learn & practice long enough. He really made fantastic progression in 5-6 years., but of course he has talent, and you can't get there without talent, but also that is not excuse for those who do not have talent as some does to give up. He developed his own style and some musicians strive whole life and don't get there, he is capable to do with instrument fantastic things and above all he became great composer. >Really impressive
Thanks so much Joe! Amazing. I have noticed that you are one of the few who does not rest your pinky finger on the guitar when playing boom chick style guitar. That gives me hope, thanks!
Truly a student of the many great guitarists from Chet to Jeff Beck and many more ! Exciting to hear such a gifted disciplined young talent pay his humble respects to his musical forefathers and carry the torch into the future. Love hearing him now, what will he be doing in 20 or thirty years ? Wow. There is hope after all.
❤️🎶❤️ Joe is one of the best guitarist the planet 🌎 Thanks for video 🙏🙏🙏

Tyler Jordan You don’t have to rest it although it may provide a little more accuracy and strength when playing.
Tommy's successor !!
