Hmm.... this is deep. Self Love boils down to self discovery. Self awareness and development is the key. The greatest cause of self hate is when we try to compare ourselves with other persons that are better than us. `Why are thou try to be king in another man's world when you can be god of your own universe`. Self love beautifies our facial features and put us in the `beauty mode` while depression or self hate activates the Ugly version of ourselves. Thanks Winnie. Love you.♥♥

We have people who have made it seem like an abomination.
And those who have turned it into self-worship.

This is the best self love video I have seen so far. Most influencers do not bring out the true and right picture of self love. Most people think self love is all about themselves at the exclusion of the well being of others, thereby making self love a hoax. I think everyone who wants to embark on self love needs to hear this

I have been going through your videos on shyness and seen solutions. I remember Nysc I was also being cheered on to be Ms Nysc for my platoon but I was too shy and declined.
