I love the resorts, a lot of good memories there. those one cup coffee pods, you can reuse each one maybe twice, I always liked the ocean tower. I miss that 2 hour drive from NY, especially the jersey tnpk rest stops with Roy Rogers , not sure if they are still there it's been awhile since I live in Nevada now. this nu yawk guy has me jonesen for ac. starting to love your videos, thanx

I think the room is pretty nice, furnishings are nice, and the bathroom, well.... it's small but nice. I used to stay at Resorts years ago, and stayed in many of their rooms in both towers. Every room I ever had in the Ocean Tower was different. Some were small, some were large, some had tiny bathrooms and some even had two bathrooms. I remember years ago the hallways in ocean tower were very dark and dingy. I can see from your excellent video that they look bright and airy now. I'd have no problem with the room you feature.

I always stay at rendezvous Tower I love how big they are and also love the bathroom I live in Boston so I go to the other casinos you mentioned in Connecticut

Thanks Dwall! And thanks for my latest report card! LOL! There have been quite a few subtle changes lately to the Nu Yawk channel. For example, the home page has changed, thumbnails have changed, my short videos have gone musical with popular songs, the video outros have changed and yes, there has been a temporary retirement of the mascots. It's all part of growing a channel. Perhaps the mascots will return in the future if there is demand for them, but for now they are on vacation! If it's mascots you like to search for, Gavone, the Jersey Jeff Eats channel mascot continues to hide in that channel's videos. He is new and has not yet accrued vacation time! Thanks again!

Jeff at least we do not have to wear a sport coat when we enter the casino like in the old days when they first open. The room looks fine way better then a casino for which I will not mention the name( I stayed at in there west tower...OMG. )How times have change years ago when ct casinos open they put a hit on AC now they own some of them...Good job Jeff !!!!

I love Philly and do visit it but not to vlog. I'm not sure it's the right fit for this channel (perhaps my Jersey Jeff Eats channel is a better choice with all of the great restaurants in Philly). Every hotel in every city in every state the TV is in front of the bed. not my preference. I want to sit on a sofa or sit in a chair to watch TV. because I travel alone, I never leave my hotel room after sunset.
I never thought about that! Maybe that's a good idea. I've spent a few nights in rooms that don't have a TV guide and spent a crazy amount of time finding the networks on TV. They never match what you think they would. Incidentally, I miss the ol' days when you turned on the TV and it would revert back to the Weather Channel first thing in the morning; first things first
Twice, I couldn't find the 'eye' on the TV to turn it on w/the remote, so I called downstairs for extra batteries. It wasn't the batteries; you've got to hit the 'eye' just right to turn the TV on, and it wouldn't work, say, from any other area except directly over the bed. Once I had to reach way over, with my arm directly held out, to get the television to work while I was laying in bed.

I didn't like the room. Was it a corner room, I wonder?! Seems 'round,' but the walk-in closet was extra special!
